Went to Cycles Plus off many recommendations, unfortunately wasnt a great experience for me. I understand time for service is limited to 1st come 1st service which is totally fine, but from a 370.00 tune-up/diagnostic I got screwed. Upon receiving bike I noticed the seat bolts were loose no biggie I can fix. 2nd filled up with fuel and noticed my paint was peeling up near cap area upon further inspection the red oring was dropped down into fairings. 3rdly the bolts that hold the gas tank to frame were stripped. I want to stop here but yesterday 06/09/2021 I noticed my ignition cylinder is falling off l literally have 1 bolt left holding on by a few threads. I would not recommend Cycles Plus for any service repairs. My bike was just thrown parts at and was just thrown back together after 2 weeks of sitting.Pt#2: the o ring from the gas cap that was replaced with another to diag bike to see what was the cause to why bike was stalling. The oil plug is also leaking oil from the gasket not being replaced with the oil change, but I should have paid for that too.

Bought a motorcycle in March.. here I am, in November.. still no title. Called DMV to figure out the status and they stated it was a branded title. When I purchased the bike they made it seem as though it was a clean title and everything was good. Since I’ve had the bike, every month something goes out on it.. now it all makes sense. Never getting my business again and will not refer to anyone. Old raggedy bikes that are way overpriced and can’t do anything with them since the titles are all jacked up.Please don’t respond on my post saying I’ve never called y’all about it.. there’s nothing to talk about. Y’all know exactly what y’all are doing.

I never thought that I would be interested in going into a bike store let alone purchase one.My husband and I witnessed an older gentleman riding a Can-cam he shared his experience with us and from there WE where purchasing a Can-cam. Do too the fact Im a full figured not active lady getting on a bike terrified me. However, Sarah the store manager eased the fear. Sarah was very patient, informative, and quite easy to talk with. Thank you! Sarah. Dillion was the young salesman who was professional and pleasant to talk with.When it came to sizing up for a helmet my husband and I were greeted by a young lady who definitely knowledgeable about the products she was talking about. How do I know my husband had already spoken with his brother who is a seasoned biker and what she was talking about lined up with my brother in law. Im sorry I dont remember her name. Now! Here we are the tale in of our experienceFINANCE OFFICE... Cathy with a C! Invited my husband and I in her office as if were going to the principals office she has these 2 leather seats one of the chairs had a butt imprint so deep that my husband was scared to sit down 🤣 but it was all good. Cathy with a C! Professionalism wa impeccable. Cathy set the tone and it did not make us feel like we were signing our life away.I said all.... that too say this. This was an absolutely incredible experience weve had when it comes too purchasing a vehicle/bike that did not take all day! These guys were professional, informative, polite, knowledgeable, and quick. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you dont stop by before you make a decision to purchase a bike elsewhere. #JOYFUL #RIDING 🙏🏾

It wont let me give 0 stars. I feel like this is probably going to be the first genuine review. We purchased my fiances starter bike in May. We just found out from the DMV it was sold to us with a salvaged title. When money was put down on the bike in February this was never disclosed to us. I feel like this was deliberate and its a bit concerning you would do this to a customer. Dont buy from this place. I get that theyre used bikes and are as is. But a salvaged title not being disclosed to the customer is a misdemeanor in the state of NC.

All I needed was a tire for a scooter, not something they normally work on, but I dealt with Gerald, and he took time for this relatively low revenue sale to look for tires at a reasonable price. Another scooter shop on US70 in Garner quoted me $40 just to take the tire off, and that did not include anything for a new tire or installation. I picked up the scooter the next day...total of $65 for everything. I wish he worked on them so that I had a place that was reasonable to take it for any needed repairs...

Cycles Plus .....the best ever gerald is the only person I let work on my bike him and his wife and kids are the best and have the best customer service...... cant say enough about this company and family..... they are great and do a super awesom job.....thanks cycles plus for everything you do

My man Gerald and my boy drew are good ppl something wrong with your bike Gerald lets you know what needs to be done and he dont sugarcoat nothing, there the real deal and I think from this point on I will be taking my bike to them for now on very reasonable on the work he does and he aint gonna try to rip you off like some ppl do.
