Carpet One installed luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and carpet in our basement and we had a great experience. Super nice people and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. Prices also very reasonable, and they have a great showroom. Highly recommend!

She shared the info with her network. To be thorough she asked to see a piece of the flooring so I popped in. My husband and I are building a new home in Belmont. Our contractor put us in touch with Amy at Carpet One to make flooring selections. Dont let the rather basic appearance of the store front fool you. This place is a little diamond! Amy worked tirelessly to find us unique and beautiful tiles and amazing hardwood floors. And their prices are much better than the fancy tile showrooms in Charlotte. Their installation teams do fantastic work - and Im pretty picky.I think the true measure of how good a business is becomes apparent when there is a problem. One of the tile suppliers unexpectedly changed the appearance of their product. The owner and staff at Carpet One immediately acknowledged the problem and set about to find us a comparable alternative. They came up with something that was much nicer that our original selection and they honored the original price. Not only are these people nice and easy to work with, they have real integrity.If you are looking for flooring, this is the place to go for great selection and superior service at really reasonable prices.
