My 30 yer old Lennox furnace fan motor went bad. Called a Lennox dealer in Charlotte to get another, and I got the blank stare over the phone and theyd call me back. Remembered about the Motor Shop down the street and brought it to them thinking it could be rebuilt. The lead technician said why not install a new replacement. They had one? Yep, a Packard motor with a little more HP, but the same specs as mine. They had to switch the wires from a CW rotation to CCW and it works like a charm and I did not have to buy a new heating unit - which I am sure Lennox would have rather sold me. Good pricing. I would use the Motor Shop again without hesitation; automotive, truck, industrial, or home applications.
