Great customer service and professional work! Had a special gift for my father for his birthday and they worked with me to get it exactly how I wanted while offering advice! A not super expensive gift but was handled like it was! Thank you ladies your the best! Will definitely recommend!

I had a last minute mishap with a vendor that left me without 150 addressed envelopes for a clients wedding. I called, spoke with Marty-- explained to her my needs, and she was able to not only accommodate, but do so the same day! I went in, she sat me down and walked me step-by-step through the process and the little changes and critiques, and within the hour I walked out with my items as needed, perfect to the eye!I met the whole team, have lovely conversation, and can honestly say Ive never had an experience like the one I had with Hive Design. Cannot recommend them enough!Thank you, Ladies!

The Hive in downtown Gastonia is the BEST of the BEST!! I am getting married in June and I have been working with Merryman and Marty the last 6 months and WOW I could not be anymore impressed with their professionalism, friendliness, and detail in everything they do! From the very start every invitation they have made for me is beyond beautiful! They work with you and won’t stop until you are satisfied:)) I am so blessed to have found out about the hive when I got engaged and would never recommend anyone else!

Whoever was working today was incredibly rude, dismissive and much more invested in facebook than she was in making a sale. We tried to ask multiple questions and make conversation, but instead we were dismissed and we left instantly. I have a hard time supporting small businesses that dont support their customers.

If you are ever in the area, this is a must stop place. The staff are the nicest people that I have ever met and the shop is full of the neetest items imaginable. Only gave 5 stars, but my personal rating is more like 500
