Walked in the employees didnt even greet me at all walked around looking at things not once did any associate walk up to me and ask me if I needed help or even what I was looking for. Not until I started walking towards the exit did a lady say hey sir can I help you. Well no not after being in the 5 minutes and me walking out the door with money in my hand. No selection of guns only cross bow. Cash america pawn is better than this place and thats a shame

RE-SELLERS BEWARE!!!!! First time I went in, I purchased a Fit Bit on my way out the blonde hair lady made the comment I hate re-sellers!!!! Today they wouldnt give me a price for a ps3 game.

Great place and people to visit and buy

Wont ever return to this place to shop. Tired to go in and the guy wouldnt let me because I didnt have a mask on and I cant wear one because Im claustrophobic and I start hyper ventilating if I try to wear one.

I am treated with respect each time I go back to conduct business all employees treat you with respect. I have e conduct business with different pawn in Gastonia and West end pawn shop is excellent compared to other shop I have visited. The manger Dan is very helpful she make you feel comfortable and talk to you like you are a member in her family. When you enter the store she has a big smile and ask how can we serve you today. Dana know it was hard for me to come in the store and she realize how hard it was for me to come in the store. And Josh make you smile and when you leave he make sure you are smiling. All the staff is wonderful .I will only conduct business with Gastonia pawn and it the only pawn shop I will visit .Dana works well with her staff. The staff is a big happy family everyone works together to make all customers happyHats off to all staff at West End Pawn Shop
