Nice and very helpful! I always try to shop local and with small business when ever I can. Unfortunately they did not have the service I needed, but was very friendly and took the time to speak with me at length about other places I may look into getting what I needed (etc) knowing I wouldnt be a customer that day.

Ms. Janelle has a wonderful personality and is very knowledgeable about everything having to do with printing and cards. She is easy going and the prices are very fair. Tried to give this small business our business but they make you come into the office, nothing can be done online or over the phone. Cant even place a order without coming in and prepaying. Time to come into the 21st century. Unfortunately they lost our business over this...
