Price was fair, glass arrived quickly, and they came to my job to replace the windshield! Will definitely use their services again.

They agreed to replace our windshield with the knowledge that the windshield had lane change sensors. Paid $520 for windshield and sensors do not work. Contacted them many times to try and get them to solve the issue. They offered a refund or to have windshield recalibrated. Within a week they had changed their mind about either of these options and were only willing to give refund of the labor. Extremely rude. Told us they were on the way to the house. Waited 6 hours and they never came. Seriously the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

You have to try these people. They beat safe lite in price and are at least as good or possibly better. They help you make the best decision on the glass you need and or want.

Do NOT bother with this company. They are unprofessional and rude. They pushed back my schedule multiple times. Then they cancelled my work ticket all together simply for inquiring about the hold up. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my entire life, especially from a small, locally owned business. When they replaced my windshield after saying they could perform the task even with all the sensors connected to my windshield, they still managed to cause my lane departure to stop working. Not only did it take over 4 months of trying to figure out how to fix it, the woman I spoke with was extremely rude, unprofessional, & unhelpful. They never fixed the issue after 4 months of them coming to my house to “look at the windshield”, never actually doing work on it. When speaking to the lady over text, she insisted that I was causing them problems. Then when talking over the phone, she HUNG UP ON US. worst customer service ever, avoid the trouble and go somewhere else.

Hutto’s Affordable Auto glass has the nicest most manner-able service professionals! They worked hard and did a meticulous job. I received instructions ( very important not to slam the doors for three days, and not to remove tape till tomorrow). No car washes for two weeks. The name is also accurate! The service was affordable, and they came to me! This was nice, as my replacement was not covered by insurance. Thanks again !!

Purchased a windshield and they over charged card. Then tried to go and charge my card for correct amount after over charging me an extra $200. Good thing it declined. Then they claimed they voided transaction but it came out my account and they said they didnt get it in their end but it was withdrawn from Affordable Auto Glass on my account history. Then after mr not bringing them or paying them the correct amount again they called the police on me saying Im trying to scam them when I emailed them a copy of my debit card account history transaction as my proof. On top of that they left the windshield unfinished now going on over a week. They did not apply the molding around the glass which caused the windshield to leak inside when it rains. The guy told me that he would come fix it himself. Well he ended up retiring and selling the business to another family member and as of now my windshield is still left unfinished. I just dont know what to say about this place but I talked to police and also showed them my account where I was overcharged and settled the problem with them. Be careful with them being the cheapest people in the area!

I used to purchase glass from him and sub contract jobs to him, until he accused me of stealing glass that I paid him for. The windshields I paid for were supposed to be left in back of his building in a rack for me to pick up. I arrived and only my windshields were missing. All the other glass was untouched. He then accused me of stealing the glass I already paid for and didn’t want to refund me. Please tread lightly with this business and verify they have insurance because you may need it dealing with them.

Ms.peggy is the secretary and she is so sweet and kind. They work around my schedule they came to me and the work was great. it was definitely AFFORDABLE I recommend if you cant see and need a new windshield Id call gregs affordable auto Glass.. I definitely give them all 5 stars..

My girlfriend used them and they have horrible quality, unknown if they are even insured! I watched them butcher her car when doing a installation. They scratched under the glass area didnt even touch it up with paint and were too very fast! I called to speak to the owner Greg and he was rude to me! You get what you pay for Cheap and bad service!
