I needed parts from a prop kit for a 1984 Mariner 30. Had gotten the wrong part from another parts shop. The lady (didn’t catch her name) behind the counter knew exactly what I needed (I didn’t know it was a 1984 till she figured it out from pics I had). She knew exactly what she was talking about and she had it in stock. Super! Another happy camper.

I was turned down by 3 well know Marine engine repair shops, in the Biloxi area, due to my engine was an e tec evenrude . Rough water Marine, was more than happy to repair my e tec,. Dropped the lower unit off and picked it up the same day, they were very professional and the mechanic took time to come up front to answer all my questions, and what really impressed me was he had all my old parts in a box and handed them to me, now there was no doubt that every lil rubber gasket, o rings and seals was replaced, I saw them. They will be my long term Marine machine. E tec or not

My poor daddy has waited 45 days for them to fix his motor. Putting a water pump on. He is elderly and wanted to take my son fishing before he went back to college. He called today they haven’t even looked at it yet. He has to pick up and bring somewhere else. Very disappointed.

Great people up front however mechanic not so much. Still a a5 star.

Been useing Jonathan an all the other guys an gals at Roughwater for years there good as it gets .....if u have to wait its because the best stay backlogged

Ive had my bay boat worded on a couple of time....Regular maintance, water pump ect...Had shifter cables and transducer cables ran. They do good work at a fair price.Tony
