Imagine a dealership that says they are interested in buying your vehicle and they know the payoff of your vehicle and they tell you as long as the vehicle is as described they want to do business. I asked them personally not to run my credit unless they were sure that they were interested in buying my car. a hour or say later you receive a notification that a hard inquiry was run on your credit. You allow them time to run number getting close to close of business and you ask have you heard anything and Bubba says yes and no nobody wants to buy your car and I am very hot now because he has already told me they were interested in buying my car and come to find out they are not this was discussed up front and yet and still I was lied and so if you are looking to get the shaft then this is your dealership. Oh and buy the way nothing to do with my credit its good all payments made on time every month so that should be put out there also. If i could have given a 0 on stars that is what i would have given. Thanks Bubba

Imagine trading your car and they give you more than the payof….then two months later they send you a text stating you owe the finance company more money. That’s what happened to me here. Turns out, when I called the finance company, they took too long to pay the trade off and so it racked up more finance charges and the finance company still had a lien on the car, which Riverside was trying to make me pay for…..It also turns out they sold the car while the original financing company still had the lien on the car, but that’s a whole other story. In short, the financing company told me Riverside is responsible for that payment and released a statement to my attorney just in case.Nope, nope, nope.Update: Thats not true, as I already have three accounts with the new lender. I also offered any name change documents on the spot and when I purchased the new vehicle.If the difference had been paid, then why would you send me a text about it? As of two days ago when you sent me the text message, the financing company of my trade vehicle still possessed the title of the vehicle and was owed finance charges due to the delay of completion of payment.Another Update: I’ve had the car around the three month mark. It’s un-drivable. Attorney contacted again. It’s been nothing but problems.

I recently bought a SUV from Riverside Gautier (salesman Britt) March 4, 2019. The SUV was not exactly what we was looking for, as in accessories in the vehicle features. The overall price for the SUV was fairly price for the online market in a 100 mile radius for the body style, mileage, and history in this area. At the end of the day, I am very happy I gave Riverside Auto my business. Of course, there are several Pros and Cons with buying an used vehicle.Pros:Riverside Auto was able to get all my features add in aftermarket products with their relationship with a local audio dealer, which I was able to finance due to the Vehicle price comparison to market price.The saleman Britt was not pushy and welcome me to research and visit other lots to compare and negotiate, if necessary.I was pre-approve through my Credit Union so I did not have the hassle of the financial side.Cons:There was a slight issue with the updated feathers but was quickly resolved. Issues: miscommunication from salesman to Audio dealer but Josh was very helpful in getting all issues fixed at no additional cost to me.The other cons was on my part so I will not list those.OverallI am highly satisfied and recommend this lot or the Gulfport location to anyone especially if you are a tech person that wants upgraded features on your vehicle at a cost that beats doing it out of pocket, financeing upgrades doing purchase is a win-win situation

*********BUYERS BEWARE*********Save yourself the time and hassle and find a more reputable group of people. I dunno what the one in Gulf Port is like but weve gotten the run around. First it was because they needed more paperwork after they gladly took our money for the down payment, gave us the keys and sent us on our way, 2 weeks later they need more paperwork for the bank. Upon communicating with the bank in the process the dealership is putting words in their mouth and we are getting half truth from the sales person and flat out lies about what the REP at the bank is saying when we call to double check and verify the sales person version of the truth. THEN the truck breaks down and is having issues CHECK ENGINE LIGHT and TRANS TEMP LIGHT, kind of a big deal!! Which they are fixing but should as the financing with bank is on hold PER THE BANK because we made them aware the truck was having issues. The dealership made the bank aware we were there the other day but NOT FOR WHY (shady as hell, shady as hell), SO WE TOLD THE BANK WHY! We dont even know if the repair is correct fix as they seem to be shooting in the dark because the first time they supposedly fixed it and said there wouldnt be anymore issues less then an hour later the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT comes on. AND are trying to saying it was something WE DID, what a load of BULL! Oh, ON TOP OF THAT truck has recalls and these folks know NOTHING about it because the DIDNT check, thats enough to tell us, in our opinion that they dont do their diligence on making sure youre driving home in a safe vehicle. This will be the FIRST TIME and LAST TIME we do business with these folks. And I will gladly tell everyone I know NOT to use them!!!!!***In response their post back, this process could of been accomplished a lot faster if they werent trying to sell a vehicle that had issues and speaking out of turn with what for the bank, if we hadnt had to bring the vehicle back over and over the deal could of been finished. Selling vehicles with issues is a shady business. There is no trust in the place whats so ever. Regardless the issues needed to be fixed by these folks anyways.No we dont want a lift to get to the DMV by a tech from your shop when youve left use $1600 less and without the vehicle we would of used to finish business. Shame on you.They did however return our down payment after being displeased by this above Google review, so we are grateful to have our money returned. But we just dont feel we could recommend them.
