Me and my husband went to Carpet Mart recently and spoke to the owner regarding a bathroom remodel we are about to undertake and he was so nice and we talked about how me and his wife were both from the UK. I found the perfect mosaic tile I loved and said we would be back to order when the contractor was ready, the order would have been around 50 sq ft. Only a couple of days ago my husband called to order it from here, as the contractor is ready to start and a lady took a message for the owner to call back as he was with someone, but he didnt. We called again the next day to see if he was available and ask if he got the message, but was told, the note was on his desk but he was just too busy and up to now 4 days on, there is still no contact. We have since ordered the tile from somewhere else as we cant put our contractor on hold any longer. Its a shame that a small business operates this way, it was only 50 sq ft initially, but it would have been the rest of the bathroom to follow. We will never go in there again unfortunately.

I went to carpet part from a recommendation and was surprised by the excellent service I got. I got a beautiful piece of granite for a bath remodel that was more than reasonably priced and beautiful. In addition, it took no time for them to make it, have it ready and installed. No issues whatsoever. Very happy with purchase and John’s promptness. Paul, installer, was easy to work with as well and thorough. Appreciate it all.

Your company installed Italian tile on last Fall 2018. After the Italians tile installed and dried. We found air pocket on the grout and grout are powdery.We called and they send a repairing tile profressional to fix all problems. He took bad grout out, clean all dust, put new matching grout than seal all new grout. He also fixed most of the gaps on the base board. They went beyond and take care of the problem! I am very please with their work and kept their promise!Mr. John is very serious about his businesses and his customer. Thanks again!

We are very happy with the sales, service, and installation of the new carpet we bought from Carpet Mart. They were open on Saturday, and were very helpful and understanding about what we needed to do (replace some but not all carpet in a rental home we were moving out of). Worked with me to get right to what we needed, and had the installation completed within days. The installer was happy and friendly, and worked HARD. Wed recommend Carpet Mart in Gautier to anyone.
