This locally-owned and family operated business features a wide variety of gifts, gourmet treats, made-to-order baked goods and a floral section. It’s a unique and sweet little shop with owners who care about their customers and their craft. If you haven’t stopped by in some time, give them a visit. There’s always something new to see!

My experiences with this place has been terrible. My birthday was on the 11th of this month. They delivered a package and flowers. I opened and ate a cupcake and called the person who sent it. He stated he sent candy. To make the story short. She sent her driver to get the cupcakes Id eaten out of. I believe she was going to rebox and deliver to the other people. It was supposed to be a dozen of flowers and it was only 8. The box of candy looked horrible. See it for yourself. Id ask my friend to be sure I never receive another order from them after the 1st time they delivered but this was the icing on the cupcakes. Then the managers attitude and tone was horrible and disrespectful. Im done with this place!!! This is my chocolates. I returned the complete order. It should have and could have been handled much differently!

The flowers looked nothing like the flowers i picked to be delivered. The card i wrote was also not delivered with the flowers. It stated on teleflora that no substitution were to be made unless notified. Will not pick to use this company again.

For the recent passing of our mother, we decided to use Flower Patch Florist for a spray for the funeral. Ms. Etta graciously handled our request with patience, care and the utmost professionalism. She kindly called us a day before the service to allow us to view the arrangement, which was absolutely breathtaking. She went above and beyond our expectations! Her shop also contains a large variety of unique gifts. I highly recommend her services for any of your floral needs and will definitely use this company again....this place is a hidden gem!

The flower patch is one of my favorite places in Gautier. Our company does a lot of business with them and literally I can call them at lunch and tell them I need something and they can have it delivered literally by 2pm. Their staff is absolutely amazing and I love working with them. I also love when my husband uses them to have flowers sent to me because they are absolutely beautiful! Love love love them!

I ordered a cream cheese King Cake from the bakery. It was, hands down, the best king cake I’ve eaten, and I’ve tried many in my years. I look forward to ordering more desserts from the bakery in the future.Also, the gift shop is filled with so many unique, local items. It’s enjoyable to just wander through - but be careful, you’ll find yourself picking up all types of items you realize you can’t live without.

Great customer service. I ordered flowers for my wife for her birthday. I placed the order in the morning and they were delivered before lunch on the same day.

These are the flowers we sent to Mary Frances. Would you spend $92 for these. I told him no hydrangeas and the ribbon looks like white iridescent not blue.

Im in California and too far away to express my sympathy adequately to the mother of my favorite person. He saved my life. I spoke with a lady named Etta, the floral creation she delivered and her tact with me is more than 5 stars can convey.

I found this store through a referral of a friend. Melinda and Etta were very accomadating!! They even deliver!! Was able to surprise my girlfriend on her birthday with flowers and a gift all from the same store. Will be using this location for my gift and floral needs (they sell cakes and sweets too!!) From now on... and they are locally owned!!

Amazing coconut cake! Melinda took my cake order and helped me on really short notice. The coconut cake tasted like something my grandmother would make. You cannot go wrong with Flower Patch!

Ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday . Called to change the delivery address, the shop delivered the flowers on the wrong day... realized the mistake and then attempted to take the flowers back from my mother ... and wanted me to pay to have them delivered on the CORRECT order date . Long story short, they screwed up royally and wanted me to pay for it.... I’m so disappointed . Yes, everyone makes mistakes, but as a business you should own yours and be willing to compensate for the damage done.

Not only is the customer service over the top so are the gifts, flowers, and cakes this wonderful establishment has to offer. Any time I go in here to order Mrs. Melinda makes me feel so welcome and like family. You can find anything you want here from gifts to cupcakes! I HIGHLY recommend!

Rude, unprofessional and very unfriendly employees. This was my second time (and last time) into this establishment, I received the same treatment both times. I had been told by several people to not waste my time going into this store...I should have listened to them. These employees need to be re-trained in customer service...customers make paydays possible.A smile with a pleasant attitude does wonders for a retail business.

I will need a week to see all the great things in the store. Its amazing.

I am beyond disappointed in this florist. We ordered a peace lily for my aunts funeral service on Thursday July 18th and when we arrived, the same day it was delivered (from another state) the plant was dying. Every single white flower petal was either dead or had brown, dying sections or edges. Some of the petals looked as if someone had tried to pick the dead scale off, leaving behind a half torn off petal. Having ordered this through Teleflora we were told; in order to get a full refund the plant had to be refused upon delivery or taken back within 48 hours. Since it was delivered straight to the funeral home and we had to get back home two states away, neither option was viable. Teleflora was very gracious with our complaint but you dont get another chance to make it right with funerals. My mother was understandably upset seeing as how the arrangement she purchased to say goodbye to her oldest sister was dying. I can honestly say I will make sure, in the future, to avoid using this florist again.

Its always above and beyond kinda servive...no matter what they always make it happen...thanks again yall happy mothers day!!!!

The flowers look nothing like what the photo showed (yes, I understand there are going to be SOME differences because its not the photo that comes directly from the florist, blah blah blah, but this was a little ridiculous) AND they were all dead the next day. For well over $100. I should add this wasnt even a high volume day...this was in AUGUST.

1st visit! So much to see!,will have to return,Havent tried their Sweets yet! Heard so much about the Store,Bakery,Friendly Staff!
