Both employees were awesome. They helped me figure out the issue I was having and found that I had 2 accounts. I was so thankful they took the time to help me out, and I got to save $15 with my coupons. Will continue to come here.

The pharmacist at this location on August 18, 2020 at 6:13 pm was unhelpful and unreasonable. Feel free to contact me for a detailed description of my experience with her. Frustrated doesnt even begin to explain how we feelp.

If I could give 0 stars I would the pharmacy and there staff are horrible my husband went to get his meds at 540 they turned him away when he asked why the girl refused to answer then pharmacist Phil refused talk to him. They turned another guy away right after and shut doors. But took a friend there after 6. When my husband asked for manager they stated there was no manager and I called and got one on phone. They shut drive through down also and when I called next day gm advise me drive through should have never been shut down and he was handling it.

Love walgreens you can get dang near anything you may need here, and they also have such great deals!

I simply cannot believe it. I bought 5 Christmas cards that totaled $40.00. This markup is out of control. This is called stealing from your customers. No wonder shoplifting is so prominent even though I can’t stand stealing. Something is extremely wrong when a lower income person can’t even afford to buy a greeting card. Walgreens,,, someone soon will be underpricing you and you guys will be pricing yourselves OUT OF BUISNESS!!!

I get all my prescriptions filled here. theyare the very kind people to talk with and are willing to whatever they can do to make you happy. BEST IN THE COUNTY/////

Clean, organized, friendly store. Love shopping here. Pharmacy is slow but they do their best and all RX are ready for pickup when they say it will be ready. Also they have no hassle returns. All around good store!

The five stars are exclusively based off of amazing customer service from Ms. Kunita (I hope I spelt her name right). She was beyond patient and understanding with me and my transactions. While I was in there there was a situation with an irate customer who had requested a copy of company policy on something. He was quite loud with the staff and the whole situation rattled me a bit. I messed up with some coupons and register rewards in my transaction and Ms. Kunita allowed me to regroup and get my purchase right without frustration or judgement. She was so professional and patient. Best customer service experience at Walgreens to date!

Eh it’s a Walgreens. The staff is super rude though. I feel like they need to clean house and get more polite staff. I get working with the public sucks but you choose that job.

Be. Careful refilling controlled substances, if a tech (not a pharmacist!! decides you are abusing your medication they can put you on a list to not have that medicine refilled with any Walgreens in the country, without even giving you a reason or chance to appeal!Also if they dont have enough pills to fill your prescription. They will give what they have and that voids the prescription... Good luck trying to get them to give you the correct amount.

On hold for 6 minutes 54 seconds. Immediately put on hold by the automated system after a few minutes I was put on hold by a lady. Corporate....you really, really need to get more help for the pharmacy, this has been a problem for most of the walgreens we have used. They are so busy, so inundated with prescriptions that they cant fill the fast enough which is great for you as a company but turns into a huge problem for customers. Pharmacy phone calls being thrown on hold for what is probably the proposed latest wait time and prescription pickup wait times at 2 hours; which I have experienced personally at a different Walgreens. I love Walgreens and the staff at all I have used have been very friendly and helpful ; but those of you whom are in charge of such things need to give your pharmacy some attention and hire more pharmacists and technicians for your busy stores. I know you have data on the stores that have high volume so you need to address this before you lose the the customers that made you so successful!

Worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to in my entire life!! Not only are the employees in the pharmacy not nice they never have anything ready when it should be!! They do not check emails from doctors, you literally have to talk to a manager just to get your prescription! Please go somewhere else, this place is not worth the stress!

I love this Walgreens. In fact, overall, Walgreens tends to be a customer friendly company. I moved my familys prescriptions here over other pharmacies in the area because they always had prescriptions in stock that no other pharmacies seemed to carry, had to order or, simply, could not obtain. The staff is professional and friendly. Also, if needed, I can go to the Gulfport location where they have a 24 hour pharmacy or even to Mobile. Sometimes, you have the need for this type of pharmacy. My family has in the past and you just never know.

I had a terrible experience tonight. The tech was really sweet, but the floating pharmacist might be the actual devil. Thank God for the people at the 24hr Slidell store who saved me from disaster.

Bunch of idiots, told my wife straight out of hospital they could not fill her prescription .They did not care. I brought her to Pascagoula Walmart pharmacy and they could not believe Walgreen would not help her . Walmart filled no problem.

Out of crucial meds due to apathetic staff not telling me when I had them ON THE PHONE that what I was calling in was unable to be filled. Denied emergency supply of 2 days for antidepressants and blood pressure medicine...medicine we have been on for years. Disappointing as well as a threat to our health.
