Great prices and selection. First Harbor Freight where I actually had someone asked me if I needed help

Inexpensive tools, some are good quality, if needed for one of a kind job its a great resource, check reviews on you tube, some tools are good quality at a very good price.

Fresh clean store filled with all the tools

Great prices for the most part. Some of the tools are fine but others are not. Just have to kind of figure it out for yourself. Oh and you must be careful about their pricing. I picked up a set of extensions that had a price of $9 on them but when I got to the counter I ended up being 15. And I always read what the price is referring to on the shelf.

This was a great store. They were really helpful. I found every thing I needed. I even got a rain check for out of stock item.

I could not find what I was looking for I could not find anyone to help me. One guy said its on the other side of the store. It may be on the last isle. No help

Great place for inexpensive tools for the diy inclined. Really really nice harbor freight store. All brand new, no leaks, or junk piled everywhere like other hf locations. Friendly knowledgeable staff, and no hassle with coupons. Oh and theyre dog friendly!

They had the 13 piece deep well socket set I wanted reduced from $26.99 to 24.99 and I coupled that with the 20% off all sockets coupon and I bought rhe SAE set for only $19.99. Too bad my store was out of the Metric set, my wife cold have bought it for me.

Gautier has stepped up in the world and gotten their very own Harbor Freight. I am very thankful for this and it is conveniently located on Highway 90. They have much of the same, just as any other Harbor Freight I have been in. It seems very clean, well stocked, and, conveniently, has a public restroom. This is exactly what we needed in Gautier. Thanks Harbor Freight.

Two weeks ago I had one of the rudest interactions Ive ever had with an employee. I waited 2 weeks to post this so I could share my experience without all the emotion involved that day.The story starts when I went to this store to purchase a torch kit so I could install our new ac unit. My wife and I had several other items in our basket and went for the last item, the torch kit.I could not find the one I wanted but what happened in the midst of this is extremely rude interactions with a female employee. She DID NOT want to help us by looking in their inventory, and she always had some type of snide remark to make. I dont know what we did to her but it was bad.Finally, I find one Ill take after they refuse to sell me the display model of another one (store policy). I go to the checkout with the same employee as I have only been 10ft from that register this entire time.They had a Fathers Day coupon for 20% off. The coupon did not exclude the brand or item. She refused, the manager made an exception and I just about purchased it when my brother-in-law explained he couldnt use it to help me, it had to have the tanks included.So, I put back ALL of the items in my cart and leave frustrated while the same employee smiled and in a passive aggressive tone said I hope it works out for you, whatever youre doing.I go into the parking lot and start searching on my phone for other stores that have the model I need. I find that the harbor freight in Biloxi has 3. I call, they said yes, we have one available. So I head that way... from Gautier... after they said Yes, you can use the Fathers Day coupon on that item.This is where it really gets good so follow this review over to the harbor freight in Biloxis review section.I did not do this review justice, it was a horrible experience and Ill NEVER be back. I will always tell this story to everyone I meet who mentions this store and look up alternatives for them.

Harbor Freight is a place I go for my painting needs the employees have a great attitude.

It has a lot of things for your home, job, and that is very useful.

Tools are low priced but work well in the shipyard.

My hubby loves this place. His eyes light up like flashlights when he enters the door. He spends a lot of money here not all at one time thank goodness. Its a mans heaven apparently.

They always have or can get anything I need.

I always enjoy my occasional trips to Harbor Freight. I needed a battery charger and extension cord. I found exactly what I was looking for at an affordable price.

This store is a very great place to get your tools and other hardware. Me and my father went there to get a nail gun to use on our roof after the most recent hurricane we had. We couldnt get any roofing nails, unfortunately, but nonetheless it was a good experience.

Great selection of tools and equipment, remember the stuff is intended for a job or three not a permanent replacement for a tool. You get what you pay for and they always have what I need when Ive got a budget.

Love buying tools and equipment from them, even have alerts for deals.

The new store in Mississippi is nice polite helpful prices and they explain for the reason why something is different them what you may think thats why I give them a 5 stare the one in Mobile on airport Blvd I give them a -5 stare the reason is they are very rude will not explain and they (think)always right and not the customer thats why the -5 stare

Not great!... I love the products the store offers and the prices, being Im an inside track club member, but every time I go there, most (probably 90%) of the inside track club products are not on the shelfs! Theyre always out of stock on most of their good sale items or inside track club items and they never have the main product I go for. They need to do a lot better job of keeping stuff in stock! It is VERY frustrating to drive all the way there just to be told they dont have the product!!! IF it doesnt improve, I will not be renewing my membership. IF I do not renew my membership, then I wont be shopping there anymore! PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR STOCKING!!!!

Stopped in here to get some tools for work that we were missing for the job. his location looks to be new and the staff here keeps it clean. The staff was helpful in helping me find what i needed while shopping in store. I recommend this location to anyone needing a tool in the area that you might pay a lot more for elsewhere.

The store is pretty clean. Seems to be well organized. The workers could use a little better training. But they try hard.

Good prices on decent tools. I got a 1/2 breaker bar 30 long for $18 and some change. Some items are equal to much more expensive brand named examples.

Great selection of tools. Most tools are cheap and wont last long under rigorous use. There are tools that have lifetime warranties at a good price. Helpful associates that are actually knowledgeable about their products.

Top notch employees! The cashiers scoured the coupon books until they found the best one that would offer the maximum savings. The forklift operator also took care to ensure my purchase was loaded without any damage.

Went in there for cameras for outside my house. They had them. The prices are better than others. A lot Better.

This is a great store to get the tools you need for your next project. Sign up for their coupon sales and theyll send you their coupon sales in the mail. We just saved over a hundred dollars on a cement mixer. It was already less than other stores and we got an additional savings with the coupon.

We go here often but TONIGHT I have to add how exceptional and courteous the workers were. Being Black Friday, one might expect something less friendly or mundane but actually w had multiple interactions with employees who were sweet, energetic & communicative. Congrats for winning in the customer service department. Both Keith & Sheldon were helpful to us throughout our shipping & final purchases.

If you need affordable seldom used or home repair grade tools they are hard to beat. Staff is always helpful.

Love getting a good deal. And if you dont beat the hell out of the tools they give decent performance. If you only need to use a tool a couple of times its cheaper to buy them here than rent them most of the time

Nice, clean place with wide aisles, plenty of parking and lots of selection. All they need is a couch and a big screen TV! Harbor freight is a great place to buy a tool that you only use every once in a while. They are cheap tools and dont last as long as some of the more expensive ones. However, they do work and can save you money.

Great place to purchase just about any tools or hardware

Has most of the tools you need. Always from China, so dont expect to see many US made products. Great source for light use hand tools, and some are more durable than branded tools costing twice as much. The coupon system can be daunting, but electronic coupons are as good as the paper ones, and always keep a valid 20% coupon with you.... You never know if youll need it. Overall I am a fan, with very few bad experiences out of the many times Ive shopped there.

I love this place and dont mind saying that my review is significant because I actually use theyre products in my business as owner of True North Property Solutions.The prices are great and believe it or not many of the tools perform comparably to the name brands you pay three times as much for. I know I may get some resistance and it would take a lot of time to cover the individual tools, but if you do the math on your tool expenses it is easy to see. If you pay 3 times as much for a name brand tool and argue that it last twice as long then I cant help you.The main complaint I have it the quality of drill bits and screw gun tips. Poor metal makes the round off in 3 minutes with contractors use. If you need to hang pictures at home they may last another hour who knows.Note: take a look at the new Lithium ion brushless line of hand held cordless impact drivers, so far so good. They are a big jump up from what they had a year or so ago.Sales are great too, Ill shut up for now.
