Always wonderful selections and a good clean atmosphere! The owner Mr. Ken, is always nice and assists with any questions you may have. They have great discounts on wigs, human hair and synthetic blends, and the staff will let you try on up to 3 wigs and style them to your liking. I have been a customer for over 5 years and encourage everyone to visit! The three styles seen here were purchased here, a lemonade braided wig, crochet hair (red and black) and a short bob wig. All great for any season!

Great prices! Although the staff changes frequently, they all have been friendly. I had a young lady who was very patient with me when trying to decide which color to choose from. When I finally made it back in to show the finished work, she was no longer there. 🥺

Beautiful Wigs, Hair Products, Makeup And More! Great Customer Service!

I came in town from Atlanta, Georgia. I stopped by because I left my hair supplies at home by mistake. When walked in the store, I was glad that I did. OMG!!! This place was AMAZING! Clean, decent, and in order! And wonderful and excellent customer service. The young lady on the register was knowledge and professional. I told her that I would be back because I have made her my Mississippi friend.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Owner and staff accuse loyal customers who frequently visit and spend their hard earned money (the money customers get from the bank) of trying to pass off counterfeit money. 🤔 When asked to call the police if they thought a crime was being committed because the customer had just gotten the money from the bank, a staffer told the customer the bank the customer had gotten the money from had issued the customer counterfeit money because her church member had gotten counterfeit money from the bank before and counterfeit money is floating around Gautier. 🤔 What bank gives out counterfeit money???? For this kind of disrespect, I will happily drive to Pascagoula for better service.

Metro beauty on 90 in Gautier, MS is trash. They will exchange hair or wigs that could be taken home and used to wipe someones ass and brought back but will not exchange or refund a freaking hair clip or a bottle of anything thats sealed and unused. Please be careful when buying anything at this store do not depend on them to get you any knowledgeable insight when it comes to hair care products.

I drove out of my way to support a black business. Never again will this store get any of my money. The owner (Im assuming) is very rude and lacks customer service and business skills. She is a prime example of why we cant get ahead as a people and why people are hesitant to support black businesses. Very sad.

What an amazing selection with outstanding service. Im just a guy with long hair that just knows to pull it back into a ponytail, so when I went in with questions I came out with so much knowledge thanks to the overly helpful staff.

OWNER IS SUPER RUDE!I bought a product to retwist my wife’s dreads and after getting home and opening it, it was half empty! So i brought it back immediately and he told me i was LYING. After arguining with the idiot for 15 minutes, i finally got a new product that was full and i will never EVER go back.I simply love the store in Pascagoula anyways, since it’s so much bigger and has a lot more to choose from. It’s also a tad bit cheaper there.
