Cant recommend as a first choice unfortunately.Good prices, good quality, not so good communication or customer service.I see so many recommend them so I messaged inquiring about a set for our guest room that I needed by the next day. They were extremely quick to respond and answer all my questions which was great (and why I gave a 3 star and not a 1) however after receiving the quote I confirmed that I wanted to buy it and made an appointment. When I arrived the guy told me he just sold all the sets in that size and price range including the set I had made an appointment to pick up. He then attempted to up sale so I just thanked him for his time and left. Thankfully I found another local store not even a mile away and called. They were eager to help and had what I needed. Went straight their and bought the set and now going back to upgrade our king set for ourselves. I really hate leaving poor reviews but this was extremely frustrating considering i expressed both my need for the set and got there as quickly as I could with a truck the same day.When I confirm on a particular set and the price and then schedule an appointment I take that as confirmation from the seller that the set we spoke about would be available at the appointment I made for it. Because obviously it was there and available when spoke.

All around best mattress experience I’ve ever had. I spoke with the guy Jourdan and he sat me down and had me all set up with my new beds for me my wife and 4 kids. Very great prices and superior customer service. Will be my only choice for mattresses for the rest of my life!Thanks again guys you are the best!

I made an appointment for first thing this morning and I’m glad I did. The store is clean and all mattresses covered in plastic so no worries about strangers touching or laying unprotected on what may become your new bed. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and explained everything in detail. Financing was quick and easy. Low down payment. And within 3 hours of purchasing I have my mattress in my house with free delivery. The most comfortable one I’ve ever owned. And my lower back thanks Mattress by Appointment in Gautier VERY much.

Saw their post on FB called made appointment for the next day! It was really easy. I got approved for the mattress with their easy financing, picked out our mattress.
