I am happy with my windows from McCann Window and Door. I was impressed with the high quality installation and the windows, at a competitive price. The bay window had some tricky trim angles and Bob, the carpenter did an outstanding job, making it look much better than the original installation when the house was built. Patrick McCann and his team were a pleasure to deal with and they were focused on ensuring that I was pleased as a customer.

Please I know its hard to find a door and window company but please dont go with this guy.....It started out real good ..he told us about 4 to 5 week install was correct, Pat called me to tell me the date of the install and was fine until a couple of days passed and Lynn who works for him called and told me the glass was broken...Pat had no idea because later in this chaos thatLynn and Pat has no communication with each other as they say !!! anyway I waited another 3 weeks calling in between thinking they would get a rush on this .....Finally the last time I called (me that is) they told me it was in......however Pat called and tried to get a date which was on a Tuesday that was fine but wanted to deliver the door on Monday that didnt work for me I work on Mondays......so he suggested the code to my garage or the key to my home......NOT going to happen......well he said I was being difficult with him and 90% percent of his clients would not object to this......well I guess Im the 10% that didnt and proud of it...this is my castle and I really dont know Pat good enough to let a driver in my home...my garage is attached to my house and we just moved in and had other stuff in the garage as well !!!!!! so it got ugly...this was a few days before I went to Lynn to give her a receipt to pick up my screen door as well....omg it became a big ordeal and Pat called me and said we cant put your door in because we cant please you......well to make a long story short the door wasnt even ready for the date they were suppose to install..omg I was shocked !!!!!! then he didnt have the pluggs and then he couldnt deliver without a waiver signed about the damn door and then he wanted us to bring material to wrap the door and,,,,,,,and it kept going on and on and Lynn told me I needed to work with them as they had with me.....ya right...I gave them 4 nights same time to go finally to see the door if it was in good condition and Pat had family things to do (my husband couldnt make it until 5:30 due to work) every night and Lynn kept telling me she was doing this on her own....making me trying to feel bad....finally my husband had to step in and call Pat and tell him lets get this going . I want my door ...and I forget to say he wanted a check for the final payment and wouldnt deliver it until it cleared...really it didnt say anything on the contract that we had to pay by check......omg.....and we had to cancel twice our new contractor to install the door because Pat was being so uncooperative with this door !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so finally we got it thanks to my husband..... !!!!! it was in a rental truck Pat came in and the door uncovered for delivery......and my husband had to help him get it out.....so he took the visa ...so we got it installed THANK YOU MATT and did awesome job however Pat sprayed the threshold in spots the color of our door and the door doesnt close properly......we have to push really hard to lock it.....I will NEVER recommend Pat or Lynn....they are 2 peas in a pod.....but she did tell me they have no communication between them ...she told me she had like 8 other clients who had questions too and she hasnt talked to Pat in days...go figure straight from the horses mouth....good luck.......Sincerely . Gary and Marie Vlach,,,just a update...Jan. 27th 2020.......now our door looks like it has leprosy....when they painted it and missed spots not to mention they did something wrong....my husband text him and Pat said it has to be over 40 degrees to do anything about it...didnt even mention( Pat) that is about closing of the door because they got paint all on the bottom of the door.....so not even asking to see or see what he can do to make us a little happy.....nothing has been done as of today.......the door is inside when we open it with a screen glass door..so there shouldnt be a problem of painting it again however wouldnt trust him to do anymore work,,,,,...we cant wait until your ready....this guy is a joke !!!!!!!!

Beautiful windows at a fair price. Installation was on time and there was virtually no clean up required by us, which was surprising because some construction was required.

Pat was incredible to work with. Very understanding of my project and what we were looking for. Pat took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly and we could not thank him more. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great service and a great product. (Photos to come!)

Those guys are real professionals.Worth every penny. We had a custom size 2 patio doors one for kitchen one for living room. Took 4 weeks for the doors to be built. They set the appointment came and did an amazing job. The owner Kevin came out personally to write the estimate and they came a lot lower then other companies. The crew was polite and informative Micheal did a great job in regards to details and explained everything to us. Quality of work is great they did not damage anything and they cleaned up afterwards. Spoke to the owner last week and he needed additional information. Called the next day to supply the information and spoke to the secretary. Left my phone number for someone to call me back and I have yet to receive a phone call from anyone. Found someone to replace my window. Would not recommend them.
