Hold on to your invoices if your planning to go back to them. I have got stuff embroidered there for the past 2 years, they have no record of my orders and unless I bring in proof of invoice ...they are going to charge me again for the design fee!! Here’s to digging in my files for the invoice!! Super inconvenient!
