Very informative staff. Passionate and knowledgeable about fitness equipment. Felt like they really wanted to help me find the right product for my needs. Fun to work with. My new equipment arrived right on time (a little early even) and it was assembled for me and in use within about 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend and they will be my first stop for any related products.

This store has some of the best equipment on the market. Erin helped us chose what would be best for my husband and I. We purchased the Inspire SCS system and it is smoother than any gym equipment I have ever used. The delivery was on time and easy as well. Thank you so much ❤️😊

Shannon was beyond helpful! He is knowledgeable about the equipment, asked me pertinent questions about my use of the equipment and my fitness goals. He spent time with me, and ultimately helped me make the right choice for my needs... excellent customer service!

My father and I purchased a couple of exercise bikes from Top Fitness Store and it was a very positive experience. Our salesman, Shannon Hilbrands, was very helpful and knowledgeable and did an excellent job of explaining the pros and cons of the various models, making sure the warehouse had what we wanted, checking for sales prices, etc. A store rep called each of us the day before delivery to let us know the window when we could expect delivery, and the delivery guys showed up right on time, hauled away the old equipment we wanted removed, and got everything assembled quickly and professionally.In my case, I initially refused delivery because the box had been damaged at the warehouse (it might have been fine, but I figured better safe than sorry). The store had a replacement bike out to my house still well within the original delivery window.I bring that up not as a complaint (stuff happens), but to illustrate that if you do have a problem, my experience is that these folks will do their best to fix the issue. Thats good customer service, and I think thats worthy of recognition.

Shannon took his time with us and thoroughly explained the differences and benefits of all the elliptical machines we were looking at. We actually went to the store twice and he was very patient with no pressure to buy. He guided us through space and ceiling height requirements without us having to go home and measure. Great experience all around!!

Precor has the BEST exercise equipment! You can get better, durable, & reliable equipment than in most gyms. Bring the gym to you in your own home by visiting this store. It will save you money in the long run. The staff are extremely helpful & knowledgeable. They will make sure you get the right equipment for you at the price you can afford. Hands down best experience ever! Peter was amazing. Really knows his stuff & works hard to make sure he gets the equipment you need.

What a great shopping experience. Deb the manager was just awesome. We walked in knowing that we wanted a quality aerobic machine within our budget and she found just that. We love our new water tower and it was so great trying it out In store and comparing it to other options. Seriously, there is no better place to go for fitness equipment if you want quality equipment at a good price so that it will last and last.

Bought a great gadget (Hypervolt) and it’s been very helpful in the clinic I work at. Erin was sweet and helpful. I only wish a medical field personnel discount was able to be applied.

A few weeks ago, we bought a treadmill and a home gym from Precor in Geneva and we are very happy with our purchase! The customer service from Jeremy was excellent -- he was knowledgeable, accommodating and worked within our budget. We definitely will come here again when we expand our home gym.

Great customer service! Just purchased an elliptical as a surprise for my wife. Jeremy was able to help with making sure it would fit in the small space that we had available, and also went above and beyond in taking into consideration that it is in a room near our nursery. Its perfect, fits in the space and is quiet so as not to wake anyone!

Recently purchased a Water Rower from Precor in Geneva. The staff went above and beyond in educating me about all of the equipment so that I could make the right choice for me. This was a pressure free purchase and I definitely will be back. Awesome customer service & I love my new Water Rower!

The rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I called today to ask about a treadmill mat. The man that answered the phone said they have two mats, I asked about price and differences. He then asked which treadmill I own. I told him and he responded by saying our lowest end mat is too good for Nordictrack. Then proceeded to slam Nordictrack, which was a gift to me for Christmas to start building out my home gym. I understand that he doesnt care about the $100 mat, but I can promise you I wont be purchasing my elliptical or any other equipment at this Precor location.
