We love our new furniture from Walter E Smithe!! We recently moved into our home and were fortunate to meet Ann, a designer from the Geneva location. She is exceptionally talented and dedicated to her clients. Beyond helping us choose furniture, Ann measured the space, planned each room so the style flowed from one room to the next, and helped us choose paint colors and accessories. The furniture from Smithe is of outstanding quality and we highly recommend it!

Great service and excellent quality furniture

Walter E Smithe designer, Juliene, was incredibly helpful when navigating the challenges of choosing/designing a sofa for a particular spot in our home. She was able to understand what we wanted and guide us to previously-not-considered options - - we are so satisfied with our experience! The quality of the sofa is top notch (both structure and fabrics), and we plan to return soon to purchase a sectional!

Purchased a custom couch in 2014. It was an expensive piece for our living room and we waited many weeks. When I was shopping for the couch the saleswoman told me that the warranty included stain protection for the life of the couch if you purchased the Smith stain coat. It has a Smith protection plaque under the cushion. I hadn’t needed any Service for stain removal since purchasing the item since like many we don’t use the living room that often. Recently when a stain appeared from an accident I called customer service and was told that’s only for 5 years and no longer under warranty. I explained that was not what I was told when purchasing. She said that was the policy. I will never recommend WES or make a purchase ever again. It was a expensive piece of furniture and they don’t stand behind their products over service. BUYERS BEWARE what your told is not true.

Couches are still in perfect shape even after the cats put their nails in it! But make sure you get a warranty with anything you buy because replacing it is painless.

Prices are highand people are snooty. Was planning to buy a chair there I had been there before to try it out. I asked a few questions about the warranty and I was told I didnt have to worry about that kind of thing with that kind of price of furniture. Well I do and thats not the answer I was looking for dot-dot. So bye-bye.

Nice place good verity. But on the expensive side

Dont allow different house holder to purchase thing using different coupons. The manager sucks as well and she does not have right to over judge people from they are talking in Different languages. Bad place and do not suggest to go and purchase from that store. Other store is ok.
