The best customer service I have received in a long time! I came in for some hardware for my bicycle and all of the employees were beyond helpful. They looked at what I was trying to do and found me exactly what I needed. Then they made sure all of the parts fit and helped me put them on the bike. Exceptionally friendly and happy to help!

THIS STORE has been wonderful!! It is MY first GO-TO choice! Not only do they have everything I NEED, but, given the actual PART, they will go get it for me!! And, if necessary, (or even NOT!) take it to my car and load it! I dont understand why ANYONE could not be happy.. unless like some people, have NO PATIENCE with a wait of a few minutes if necessary!! Suppose they are waiting on YOU when someone else is in a hurry !! Do they stop working with you to take the next anxious customer?) NO! I ran a business for 50 years and first come, first served!! THAT is the way this store got its reputation as a GREAT STORE to support!! I applaud all the KNOWLEDGEBLE workers in this store and will be sorry to see them go! Home base in Buffalo should KEEP this store!!! Let Home Valu in Geneva know you appreciate them!! I certainly do! I will miss them when they are not there for me!! Workers were exceptionally helpful! One worker in plumbing not only walked me to wire nuts, but explained different sizes for the various wires for appliances. Thank you!

Every one is ready to help and knows what I need when sometimes I am not sure. They are all friendly and efficient. When something is big, they will offer to take it to my car for me. Very pleasant shopping experiences.

The people are great! Starting with our entrance, showed us gladly where to find an item, answered our questions in a friendly manner, and on our way out after looking around more, the same employee came to us with an answer to a concern Id voiced about a product shed shown us. She had gone out of her way, unasked, to research what I was concerned about and let us know what shed found. Now, thats customer service! Above and beyond. I love it! Kudos to this store!!!!
