The technician, Cliff, was knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. I really appreciated his wearing a mask and gloves. It may not have been necessary but it was nice to know that he cared enough to give me protection just in case! I really liked that Cliff explained what was going on with my ice maker and gave me valuable information. He is an asset to your company.

Had a funky smell in my fridge and although the source of it was not found (which is why I took off a star) I have to say that my repair person, Al, was really awesome. He came twice and was thorough in trying to solve my problem. Hed even showed me what he was doing and explained what I was looking at. He was also very nice to my dogs. :)

We were concerned that our oven would not present the problem when the technician arrived . Ant that is what happened. After explaining the problem, Cliff knew what it was. He returned the next day with the part and fixed it. He did an excellent job and we are very pleased with him and with Appliance Express.

We give Jacob a 10+. He was happy to answer any questions we had. He even showed us how to recalibrate the oven to a higher temperature, which was the main problem we were having. We would not hesitate to use this company again.

David came and fixed our dishwasher like it was nothing, which is great since its been broken for a month. We had a warranty service provider nightmare with another provider that would not answer the phone, return calls, or emails. Appliance Express always answered the phone, were always informative, and very upfront and reliable. Id recommend them even if you are using warranty coverage.

Best experience Ive had with an appliance repair company (havent had a lot). David, the technician, was very friendly, communicated effectively, and was extremely efficient. The main office responded quickly and were in constant communication throughout the process. Overall, a great experience.

We have an under geek squad warranty on Kitchen Aid dishwasher. The top rack adjusters broke and the track bar would not fit properly - after a few years. I was able to replace the adjusters, but they sent a repair person for the track bars. Appliance Express was the contractor for geek squad. Jonathan introduced himself and came in with all of the necessary tools and parts. He offered to put shoe covers on which we always appreciate. He was also masked. I explained the problem on the way to the kitchen. He got to work immediately and tried to get the top rack to fit into the slide arm track bar. After a few minutes, he decided to change the right side arm. He had to pull out the washer and unscrew the arm from the side. When the part was replaced, it worked great. Jonathan cleaned up the area with a towel. Then he want the extra mile and gave us information and answered questions on water softener effects on a dishwasher, excess soap, tablets vs. liquid soaps, stains on glasses, etc. He reminded us that we should get the hot water running at the faucet near the dishwasher or we will heat our own water at 8 amps. Good to know. My lady is very informed in this area and told me later she learned some ideas to try. We are going to get rid of the tablets as they are too much soap for super soft water that our new Rheem water softener puts out. We will try a greatly reduced amount of liquid soap. Jonathan also talked about cleaning cycles, etc. Overall, excellent service. Jonathan and Appliance Express were great to work with. I would hire them again.

I was beyond impressed with the service of this company- from beginning to end! Starting with the office staff- they were all kind, courteous, and attentive to my appliance issues and concerns- and were able to book me in a timely manner. Today, their service tech, Andrew, came to fix my appliances. I had serious problems with my stove, dryer, and refrigerator- and he fixed ALL 3 in one visit! There was no canceling because of rain or needing to schedule a second appointment because he forgot a part- none of that. In addition, Andrew was courteous, efficient, and thorough- he even cleaned up after the job was done!!! When I saw all the great reviews for this company i thought- No way..., but, they really are the real deal. In this day and age- when you come across a company of this caliber- a real rarity- you feel the need to write a review that matches the level of service received! Thank you Appliance Express!!!

You never like it when an appliance fails, but I always use Appliance Express and they have always performed well for me. This time I was fortunate enough to get Lou to fix my washer. He did a professional job, was courteous, timely, and readily shared information and answered any questions I had. I would be very glad to have Lou work on any appliance in my house as he is as good as it gets.

VERY unusual for a service company to have better pricing for parts than I can find on internet; they had the part needed in-stock for about 60% of the price I was looking at. Wesley got the job done quickly/professionally, taking the time to get the little things right.

David was great. Prompt, communicated well, careful about not making a mess. Was able to fix an in-warranty Whirlpool dishwasher and already had the parts on hand. Apparently multiple years of experience with appliances, even good with the dog!

Scott did a great job resolving the issue of our new Maytag washer would not drain and spin the water out completely. He traced the problem to a faulty actuator motor and had one on his van. He replaced it in just a few minutes and it has been working great since. Plus, the part was still under warranty. Great job, Scott!

Technician was good and machine seemed fixed however the machine failed to function correctly the next day.

These guys are experts in their craft and resolved our issue with the fridge in no time flat. Nice young man seemed thorough although he missed the diagnosis at first. Came back the same day, diagnosed it and ordered parts. Refrigerator was out of order for over 2 weeks. Not pleased with that

Washer had a water leak at the center motor (diverter motor). Lou wouldnt replace a grommet or washer that might have been worn and leaking. He replaced the entire assembly including two motors and the whole bottom of the washer. $500 - the price of a new dishwasher. He left and I did a load of dishes. The lower spray arm that Lou removed hangs up on the lower rack and doesnt turn.I called to have Lou come back and fix it, but it would be another 6 day wait and I might have to pay for a lower spray arm which was working before Lou fixed the dishwasher. At this point we just bought a new one.The net result - we spent half the price of the replacement, a lot of materials went into the dump, and Lou left without leaving a working dishwasher. In the future I will fix it myself, or replace.

The pricing for diagnostics and repair are very misleading. When making the appointment I was told that there was a fee of $129.99 for a repairman to come to my home and diagnose my dryer. Then that $129.99 would go towards the cost of any repairs that needed to be made. Imagine my shock when the bill to replace a thermostat in my dryer was well over $200. For reference the part is around $50 and takes 1 minute to replace. When I tired to discuss the confusion with the repairman, his boss, and the next day the main office, all were very rude. The woman at the main office was extremely condescending and unprofessional. Save yourself the high fee and unprofessional behavior and go with someone else. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Tremendous communication while I waited 10 weeks for my new freezer door to be built by the manufacturer. Then, tremendous communication by their office in setting up the repair visit and by their tech in letting me know when he would arrive.

***UPDATE***Two days after this incident, I heard from Appliance Express. They were very apologetic about this incident and offered to send a technician to complete the repair on that same day.A new technician came and professionally completed the repair (now that the refrigerator was fully defrosted).Recovery was spot on, although I still think I should have been contacted on the day of the event, not 48 hours after. Also, removing a star because this incident should not have had happened in the first place had the first technician followed the proper steps to complete this repair.--------They sent a technician to my home today to service my refrigerator, who was unqualified to complete the job, he did not know how to execute simple tasks like turn off the refrigerator. He initiated a repair that could not be completed because parts of the refrigerator had iced built-in, broke the piece that was going to replace, and then asked me for a hairdryer to try to fix things (!) I could only hear the cracks on my $5k refrigerator as he was putting all of his weight to try to remove the ice built.Clearly, the right process would have been to switch off the refrigerator, let it thaw, and come back for the repair the next day or in a couple of days. The technician himself admitted to this.The fact that this business does not have an emergency line or a way to contact them when these things happen is terrible. its Saturday and now we have to wait until Tuesday after 4th of July to report this issue. The worst part is that my refrigerator looks completely broken now, and nobody has reached out to say or do anything about it. The only reason I called this provider is that they are supposed to be the official KitchenAid repair crew here in Austin. Instead, they sent an amateur who was trying to learn how to repair a refrigerator on the fly from an iPad who admitted that refrigerators are not his expertise.Not only this ruined our 4th of July weekend, but it is also spoiling all of the food we still had in our refrigerator that was still getting chilled from the freezer.

A repair needed to be made from the original installation of the icemaker in my new refrigerator. Luis listened to my issue, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He then fixed it completely. Received texts of confirmed appointment, change of appointment to an earlier time of day(happy), then got a phone call advising he was on his way. He quickly determined and resolved the issue with my washer. Like Santa, he was almost gone in the blink of an eye!

Called to order a part. While trying to ID what I needed, they let me know my cooktop was still covered under manufacturers warranty (I had no idea it was). A few days later a professional, pleasant service tech showed up at the scheduled time, with the correct parts and 30 minutes later the cooktop was working again. Zero cost to me.. The repairman wasnt able to repair the washer. Im not sure he did any diagnostics of the problem because he came prepared with a new piece (had our name on the packaging). He put that in and left. Now it leaks water all over the place. Paid $300 for a new mess.

My Whirlpool ice maker had several mechanical problems recently, and I contactec WFCC for repairs.Andrew, my technician was EXTREMELY polite, efficient, and knowledgeable.Although I had to schedule two follow-up calls, I would unconditionally use WFCC again.

A waste of an expensive service fee after the service technician failed to correctly diagnose the problem. His assessment was multiple component failure costing in excess of $800 to repair. I went for a second opinion with a different company (service fee was half the price of Appliance Express). Diagnostic showed a pump failure. The dishwasher was repaired for $400.

Robert was early to his appointment, friendly, efficient, and knew immediately how to fix the problem and did so quickly. In our estimation, it is hard to beat such a technician in any way. He should be rewarded for such good customer service.
