Set a online appointment yesterday, drove 20 miles and was advised they shouldnt have made the appointment the technician was on a mobile call. Made a appointment the next day for them to come to my condo to fix the minor stone bruise. Im on vacation so had to change my plans to make the car available from 8-12. Got a call at 8:30 to say they dont know why the appointment was made because there was no technician available. Would you like to reschedule? Love to and lose another half day of my vacation at Myrtle Beach. My first experience with Safelite and not very pleasant....

Safelite has to be one of the worst glass repair companies in the business! Tech came out today started taking out the glass in my truck half way he decided to tell me that he brought the wrong glass. After putting everything back together. He calls whomever, and they dont have one, but North Charleston has one but they cant get it here today. Dont you think that the tech should have check before starting the job. Same thing happen March, and another time one of the tech guys broke the compass that hooks to the rear view mirror. So this makes it 3 times in a row that they have screwed the job up for me. Will never use this company again. The regional manager out of north Charleston is a a$$ he told me to quit being so petty and dramaticand. I dont call screwing me out of 2 days and a broken part is being petty and dramatic. The Georgetown branch manager all but said they dont need my business.
