My gosh this is the best experience I have ever had with any shop. The owner was super helpful, responsive and the price was half of what the other shop in town offered. On top of that, he was able to get the work done way faster! This place is amazing!

I can do a number of things well, but maintaining bikes is not one of them. I decided to give GT Bikeology a call and have my two trail bikes serviced by a pro. I went ahead and paid for the pickup service and it was well worth it. Hawk did a great job! I didnt realize how bad the bikes had gotten until I took my first ride after the tune up. So smooth... It was like night and day. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Im a newbie when it comes to taking care of my mountain bike, which has sat gathering dust for some years now. Hawk listened to my concerns and suggested I get a tune up. He knows his stuff and is glad to answer any questions. I appreciate the fact that he is not condescending as I have had some bad experiences with experts in the past. Also, the pricing was more than reasonable considering the work that needed to be done. If youre serious about keeping your bike in good shape, this is the shop to come to.

Bought a used bike a few weeks ago, was a bit pricey, but since Hawk told me he would service it, and do a complete inspection as part of the price and do a once over it sold me on getting the bike. A week later my spoke broke, right in the center. I called the bike shop to see if I could get replace spoke. Was told they didn’t have any. I asked if they could help me out with the measurement so I could order one to fix it myself. I was told it would be serval weeks since they were backlogged. I got the impression that they were to busy for me to even come in for a simple measurement.I took the wheel to another bike shop- they fixed it in under an hour, plus I was shown that another spoke had a crack in it. They told me it was likely as a result of a crash. I didn’t crash the bike which told me that Bikeology didn’t really do a detailed inspection. I won’t do business with them again nor would I recommend they do any maintenance on your bike.

Total tune-up, new tires,etc . done quickly and efficiently. Hawk kept me in the loop with repairs, time estimates and costs. I always knew what was happening. Picked up my 25yr old Raleigh M60 mountain sport bike looking good as new! I highly recommend this bike shop.

On a whim, I bought a preowned mountain bike in an effort to teach my kids how to ride and instill confidence in them. I quickly realized that things are not the same as they were 20 years ago, and there is a ton of information, equipment, parts, etc, that you can get into with these bikes!I went in to this shop and met Hawk who was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and clearly has a passion for cycling. He took the time to go over safety, equipment, clothing, and generally discussed bikes with me without any pressure to buy anything at all. On top of all that, he looked over the bike I bought (a GT Avalanche) and confirmed that it was, in fact, in good shape, but let me know that when I start to become proficient and want to take it on some tougher trails, I should probably get a safety inspection and potentially a tune-up (prices on those look fantastic) just to ensure I don’t run into problems.Overall, despite being new to biking and a potential easy target for sales pitches, I was treated very nicely, without pressure, and was assured that the staff here are available for questions and to help me anytime.As I learn more about this hobby and look to get some accessories or upgrade, I will definitely be bringing my business here!
