They charged me 20% restocking fee for hub axle caps that were on a shelf 10’ away. The workers were super nice and very knowledgeable, But I didn’t end up needing the caps and so it cost me $10 to return $50 worth of items. In an Amazon world with amazing customer service and friendly return policies, this just seems way out of touch. I am sorry that I had to leave a one star review. If it were not for the 20% return policy I would give you five stars.

I had a really good experience with magnum custom trailers. James helped me alot with fixing my trailer, and giving me quotes a head of time before doing any job to the trailer! Even the prices were reasonable for what was done. I definitely recommend this business and james! Thank you for helping me get my trailer up to date!
