I wish it was possible to do negative reviews for this company. I ordered a very nice standing spray (over $200) for a funeral to be delivered for a service that was from 5-7 pm. I received an email at 8:43 pm saying that they had been delivered, which was obviously after the service. I contacted a relative of the recipient and ask if the flowers were delivered. They said, They were, however they were not put out. The funeral director pulled my wife aside to a back room. I wasnt aware of what was going on, so I went back to check on her. The director proceeded to tell us that we may want to contact the person who sent these flowers (as she points). They were so wilted that the director said they didnt want to put them out with the other flowers. Thankfully they were honest and told me what happened, but I am mortified at this. I have attempted to contact Divine On Broadway three times this morning and cannot get anyone to answer the phone. I will definitely be disputing this on my credit card and sending another arrangement to the family from a reputable florist.
