The same guy (I assume the owner) was there each of the three times I had visited. This wonderful shop. He has every candy from your childhood and mine. They also have Moxie, which I discovered in a Stephen King novel and love! Great hometown business. Endless unique gifts for kids both young and old. Please support this local business!

I had passed by this cute little store several times before today. Each time, I thought to myself, I wonder how the coffee is. So I made it my first stop this morning. Suddenly the outside world didnt matter anymore!Boasting hundreds of candies, a truly astonishing variety of bottled sodas, and... wait for it... a genuine soda jerk (this is where I squeal like Im five again,) this place has everything a kid at heart could dream of! Im not one to overstate a situation, but HELLO why arent you there already!?I spoke extensively with the candy man / barista who owns this little gem, and determined that not only is his shop a welcome addition to The Most Beautiful Town Square in Texas, but so is he. So, whether youre in town often, or just visiting, stop by and grab yourself a Moxie and some bacon lollipops for the road, or enjoy one of their amazing handmade sodas while you watch traffic from the sidewalk tables. I take my 3 kids here pretty much every week as a treat. They love the homemade sodas and they get to experiment with the 40-odd flavors they have behind the counter. The staff is also very nice and friendly. I makes me happy to have a home town store like we had as kids to pass on to them.

Great selection, great service!The cashier was friendly and helpful, the candy selection is huge, and they have tons of unique sodas! Plus oddities, like bacon flavored gum and such. Definitely a place to check out!

Quaint little shop.You wont find too many modern candies here, but thats okay. The bottled soda selection is massive and they even serve Blue Bell ice cream.The snow ice is more like crushed ice, so Ill be trying a fresh soda/float next time.

Fun Candy shop with tons of choices to mix in a bag by the pound or individual wrapped items you probably would have a hard time finding elseware. they also have ice-cream and a small soda fountain.

Very nice place. Walk down memory lane. I would have given 5 stars if they had PB MAX. But not this time lol
