After finding out our 2020 Sprinter chassis RV brake lights stopped working, we drove it to the dealership and found out a glitch in the software had developed. Robert the service manager squeezed us in their already full schedule and ran diagnoses to the computer system. It apparently had to be recoded again for LED lighting. Long story short - Robert spent the afternoon working on it until the system finally cleared and accepted the new coding. YES the brake lights did start working again. Robert, a master technician, was absolutely the most helpful, friendliest, and professional to his trade. Mercedes Benz of Georgetown is lucky to have him.Thank you Robert for making our vacation safe again.

From the moment the phone was picked up, Mr. Troy Williams provided world class service and was extremely helpful. Went in for service B on my Mercedes CLA 250. In person, we get great service from the technicians and the people are friendly in the Showroom. Trying to call, on the other hand is difficult. When you call, you press the number for the Service department and it only tells you that you can either go online or they will send you a link on your phone. If I wanted an automated system, I would have done so. Had to make my service appointment on the site, so was surprised to hear the Service would take 3 hours. This could have been answered quickly if I could reach a person like I wanted. Kind of disappointed in MB of Georgetown in this.

I made an appointment to have work completed on two recalls for my vehicle. I was told when I made the appointment it would take about 4 hours. Several hours after dropping of my car, I got a call and was told that one of the recalls was going to cost me $850. Id never heard of having to pay for recall work, so I declined. The response was that my warning light would stay on and I wouldnt pass the inspection that was due, which felt like a threat but was more likely a hard sell. I still declined, and was told that they wouldnt be able to do the other recall either. Shortly after, I received the following text Your vehicle should be ready by 5:30 today. I texted back asking if they were doing the other recall after all, and was told that they were. By 5:50 I still hadnt heard from my rep so I called him. He said I told you it would be ready at 5:30. Its been sitting here since 5:15. We close at 6. You can get it in the morning. REALLY? If you say SHOULD then you had better call me when its actually ready. After arguing with him he finally called a Lyft and left the keys in the car so I could pick it up. Heres the kicker. I went to get the other recall done. Turns out-- they did NOTHING to my car in terms of repair. This is the LAST time I do business here. Ive had a similar experience in the past with them, and there are no 3rd chances.

Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown is top notch service. Bought my wife the 2021 GLE 350 last year in late November and our salesperson Joeleen and entire staff working there was excellent. From the time we walked in and from the time we walked out we felt that we were well taken care of.The buying process was a smooth transaction. The facility was well kept and very comfortable. Due to COVID there were some changes to what they offered in ways of making the customer feel more at home such as the snack bar area but none the less it was a great experience. It was so great that this year around the same time we will be going back to Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown and hopefully will be purchasing the new 2022 GLS 450 if available at that time.

My service advisor Alex was great. He was very professional and informative throughout the entire process. My C 300 had a pending recall but my car had already experienced damages due to the recall so we were in a limbo about how to cover charges. I spoke with the executive referral manager over Mercedes and he informed that I could pay out of pocket and that I would be reimbursed once the recall became active. However after calling the dealership I was advised that was incorrect as they don’t do refunds. I was frustrated with Mercedes at that point and considered trading it in or selling it but was advised that couldn’t be done until it was fixed as well, which was going to be out of pocket at that time. I called the executive officer back multiple times and after four weeks of my vehicle sitting there as it was towed due to its condition, it was eventually fixed on his behalf. I picked my vehicle up yesterday which was an hour drive from my home just for my husband to realize that my license plate is not on my vehicle. I am beyond frustrated at this point with Mercedes and the way my situation was handled. Now I still can’t drive my vehicle and I refuse to take anymore time from work or waste anyone’s time to take me as I was not offered a loaner, to pick up my license plate which shouldn’t have been removed from my vehicle.

In June of 2021 I purchased a GLC 300 at this dealership. Today I discovered that a windshield wiper blade had become partially detached from the arm - probably at the car wash. I called the Service Department and was told I needed an appointment to re-attach the wiper blade! Seriously? For a 5 minute fix? This is my second experience with “White Glove” Service. My first experience was being told that unless I get lucky, there could be an hour wait or longer to get the FREE car wash. Very disappointing. I guess I will take the car to Lamb’s. They told me they would re-attach the blade whenever at no charge.

I had a great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown today. My transmission and engine mounts were shot and the car was vibrating badly. They did a great job fixing it. The car runs so smooth it feels almost new. My service advisor Jarrod was fantastic. He called my extended warranty company and managed to get the whole thing covered with just a $100 deductible. The waiting area was super comfortable with lots of space to social distance, drinks in the fridge and fast internet. Good job MB of Georgetown.

We had the pleasure of walking into the dealership on Saturday. We were only “browsing”. We were met by Carrie as soon as we walked up. We test drove a gently used GLE 350 and decided we wanted to go with a new car. Carrie went and talked to the Manager Thomas; they came to us with a brand new GLE “fresh off the truck”. When we saw it we knew it was the perfect car. Of course there were multiple parties interested, but Carrie’s quick thinking gave us first right of refusal. We took our RV in to Mercedes of Georgetown to perform 2 separate safety recall repairs. Kyle met with us at the appointed time and quickly explained the procedure. At that time he explained that even if he had to order parts, he hoped to be finished by the weekend. On Saturday he called to say the work on the RV was completed and we could pick it up. Everything was done and we were totally happy with the experience. We are especially impressed that we have a Mercedes dealership with the capability to service our 3500 Sprinter so close to home. Really good and responsive customer service. Quick completion of the work needed. The only frustration was in scheduling what was essentially a recall campaign service. They didnt seem to know what was needed or what it would take. Ended up having to schedule the work for the day before I was leaving town. I got word while on the plane next day that the work was basically done. They were gracious in keeping the rig, as they said they would, for two weeks until I got back to town.

Experience at actual dealership was very good. However, when made the appointment with the call center (I thought I was talking with the actual dealership) we were told that it would take 3 days for the emissions recall modification. When we arrived at the dealership at the appointed time, we were then told it would be at least 5 days. If I had know that timing at the beginning, we would have delayed the recall work until November when we would back at our Texas home for an extended period. Otherwise no complaints with service. After picking up we left on a long trip back to New Mexico. On that trip our mileage had decreased by about 15%. That is really concerning.

Service price and time estimate quoted by this service department was not correct once I arrive for appointment. Requests to speak with management denied - a phone message was left and not returned. Purchased my car there but no longer eligible for complementary car wash as I attached my license plate to the front of the car. Upon arrival to pick up car (they had arranged transportation when service was done) they could not find my car and it took almost 20 minutes to locate. Service contact finally went and got it himself. Service contact was friendly and told me to contact him directly in the future.

Started to use the Georgetown Mercedes dealership more as the service was far superior than the austin location. Was a bit disappointed in the delay of repair from 1 day to 3 days but I try to be understanding due to shortage of everything. With that said still wish I would have had the car back on time or a loan which they no longer really offer. But again all was as expected and I recommended Mercedes of Georgetown and my rep Jarrod Dozier for normal service.

I arrived for service and found out my Metris was classified as a Sprinter. I eventually got to the service area for the vans. As it was a small office, I waited outside for 10 minutes while they were helping another customer. Once the van was in for service they were quick and efficient and actually got me out on schedule. The staff was exceptionally polite and courteous. The coffee was tasty. All in all, it was a good 1st impression.

Troy Wiiliams was awesome. My brother-in-law took me there because he and my sister had just recently bought new vehicles from him and they had a great experience with Troy as their salesman. As I was explaining to Troy what I was looking for, he says I have just the car youre looking for. This car only just arrived and has not gone through make ready yet. He went to the back and came back driving the car that I purchased. I test drove it in the parking lot and really liked it. It had low miles...a 2017 with less than 16000 miles. I bought my car at this dealership and have historically been pleased with the service. All the personnel I have interacted with are always very kind and gracious. I brought my car in to get the engine oil and air filter changed and I ended up being recommended I needed thousands of dollars of things that should be fixed. I fully understand that cars are mechanical devices and that they wear out and thus maintenance needs to occur. However in this case I was told that I needed new wipers where I just had bought wipers at the same Mercedes dealership a couple of months back and I also needed an $800 new belt put on the engine where the same dealership replaced it less than a year ago. When I brought this to the attention of the technician, they quickly backtracked and said these were not needed. The reasoning I was given may indeed have been true but I have to say that it eroded my trust in this dealership.

He was very patient and understanding with our questions and concerns and sped the whole process along nicely. Weve had follow up requests and he again has been very prompt and attentive. The delivery specialist and finance manager were also very helpful and polite.

I was very unhappy with the way my wife was treated here, she needed help and had a few questions. She was greeted by a man named Troy who said “unless you’re re buying a car I can’t help you” what kind of customer service is this? What happened to helping customers? I couldn’t believe this. Gratefully she was helped by another salesman. But if it wasn’t for that, you would of lost my wife and I. Whoever this Troy guy is needs to change his attitude and learn how to respect people. It’s the little things that go a long way. And for that I might just take my business elsewhere.

The work on my car was good, no complaints there. My issues are, my service advisor was not working when my car was completed and no one covered down on her work to call me. When I called about my car, my vehicle was finished the day before. Also, someone felt very comfortable with changing the station on my radio. I didnt receive a call back when I requested one and my loaner vehicles wasnt clean when I got it.

Mercedes Benz of Georgetown use to do a great job servicing my 2009 C350. This last service did not go so well. A week after a service visit to check the brakes, the car started turning off while driving. Sometimes keyfob wont unlock vehicle and when car is started, lights flash, windows and sun roof wont open or close, radio and AC wont turn on, lights flashing on dash. Took the car in to Mercedes of Georgetown to have issue diagnosed on Tuesday. They couldnt work on the car till Saturday. Saturday morning, service called and said we have a lot of codes and need to start fixing code issues to get to the problem. First one is catalytic converters. 4k to replace them. I told the service tech, no I brought the car in for an electrical issue. I asked to have that diagnosed. He replied service tech said we need to fix all the codes, plus your car has over 200k miles. I know you like the car, but I guess you need to make a decision to put that much money into a car thats not worth as much A this point i said, this time you guys disappoint me. I have never had trouble with you guys diagnosing my vehicle. I asked him to close out the ticket, because Im picking up my vehicle to take somewhere else to have it diagnosed. I called at 3 on Saturday to make sure vehicle is ready and to find out what I owe. Service person said vehicle is ready, you dont owe anything. I get to the dealership at 4:30 and had to wait because they said they need to close out the paperwork. At 5:15, I decide to go check why its taking so long. Lady prints the paperwork and sends me to the service drive to wait for my vehicle. I wait for at least another 20 minutes then a guy walks up and says we cant get into your vehicle, seems like alarm issue key fob not unlocking it. I told him this is exactly why I brought the car in to diagnose the electrical issue, but instead your service tech wants to replace my catalytic converters . Its now Monday, and no one from the dealership has called to resolve issue.

If I could give no stars thats exactly what I would do. Cash buyer. Spent almost an hour in this dealership listening to all the sales pitches, only to be told that they couldnt sell the car to us that we wanted because we lived over 50 miles from their dealership. Maybe this dealership should value peoples time a little more and advertise that on their website or let people know the second they walk in the door. I am in disbelief. We went from being told we can have this car ready for you within an hour to being told they wouldnt even sell it to us.

This was the worst car purchasing attempt I have ever had, Ashley is a fantastic sales rep, but the sales manager there does not car about his employees or customers, all he wants to do is sell the car as fast as he can.We were there 2 hours waiting for a car to be prepped for us to test drive, we left to get some breakfast right up the road, as we were coming back someone else was allowed to test drive the car and we were told we no longer had first rights on the car.Eric was not willing to receive any feedback unless it was on his terms, he wasnt going to be disrespected. No empathy, no trying to understand, didnt even say Im sorry this is horrible I understand Im trying to work this out for you.I guess next time Im just going to sit in the car and not get out just in case, oh wait there wont be a next time at this dealership.

This was my first time coming to the Georgetown location and I was really impressed with the customer service provided as soon as they open the door. I wasn’t privileged to the yummy refreshments people speak about that they say is available while waiting for your car to be serviced, but Christian was funny, professional and I would definitely recommend this place.
