I can’t say enough how great we were treated though out of process.The install crew and sales came to our home when they said.They didn’t want payment until job complete to satisfaction.I would recommend this company to anyone who want quality work.Install worked hard to not damage my walls.

We are in the process of renovating our kitchen and went to several granite companies to find the perfect granite. What we found was the perfect granite company, Stonegate, in Georgetown, DE. We worked with Tugce and Erica to find the granite we liked. They were very patient and helpful over the 10-12 times we went back until we made the final decision. Ennis was also a great help, explaining the process and answering any technical questions we had. Ennis is also the one that came out to measure the kitchen, and within two weeks, we had the new granite installed. It looks amazing. Although the backsplash isnt completed yet, we had some neighbors over to see it and everyone loves the new look. We will definitely use Stonegate again when we do a makeover in the master bathroom. Pictures below are before and after - it looks great even without a backsplash! We got rid of the dark two-tiered counter, then brightened and opened up the area. Cant wait to get the backsplash in.

We just had new quartz counters installed from StoneGate. The staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied. They even took care of hiring the plumber. The installers did a great job. They were so careful (especially when removing the old counters) that we were able to keep the same, original backsplash.The new, quartz counters look great!I would recommend that anyone looking for quartz, granite or marble counters, check them out before you make your final decision. I am so glad we did!

Bait and switch, got huge bill boards on the side of their building with electronic advertising . I go inside and ask about the promotion, they look at me like an alien and acted like they had no clue what im talking about. Waisted almost 2 hours of driving.

Working with StoneGate Granite was phenomenal. Despite a very busy season, they were attentive at all times, provided great design recommendations, and were able to provide a quick turnaround for our kitchen counters and island. The measurements were highly sophisticated and the install came out beautifully. What amazed me even more was that they were able to replace our counters without damaging our custom back splash! When we do our bar we will definitely use them again. We just love, love, love our counters!

Went in to look into a small piece of granite for a bathroom counter top. Found one my wife really liked, but was a bit more than we really wanted to pay. We found another that was more in line with what we wanted to spend. We paid for it and left, awaiting a call back to let us know it was cut and ready. When I went to pick it up, I was surprised that the owner had given us the first piece my wife picked out since she really like the style and color. We really appreciated this!

StoneGate installed the beautiful bar top and front desk at the soon to be opened Surf & Turf Steakhouse in Milford. They did an incredible job with great customer service throughout the entire process. Highly recommend them.

First attempt counter seam pattern in the wrong direction. I was also concerned how uneven the cut edge against the wall was. They said tile guy will need that space when putting in tile backsplash. I should have known they were covering up errors. They did come back and replace the portion where the seam was going in the wrong direction and now it matched. Again I was concerned how chopped up the cut edge was. My tile guy came and boy was I glad the payment of the second 50% for the granite was not yet deposited. I stopped the check and about a month later they called me to make an appointment to inspect. I sent them photos of the mess they made. The next morning without an appointment someone rang my doorbell 7:00 am and said they were here to inspect the countertop. I threatened to set off my alarm if he didn’t leave. I called and the owner said they didn’t send anyone. Haven’t heard from them since. Don’t be fooled by the very reasonable price. You get what you paid for and the only way I would have paid the 50% balance is if they would have replaced all the granite that was chopped up. In other words, the entire job. The tile guy had to put quarter round molding to cover the gap. It doesn’t look great and who wants wood molding on their new granite counters and new tile backsplash. It also cost me more for the custom work and cuts my tile guy had to do.

We went to the yard to find some remnants to use in a project. They were perfect! Great selection and a smart way to be environmentally conscious. Ill be back for more!

I used Stonegate Granite two years ago for my kitchen counters and that turned out great. Had them make up matching shelves with same granite for a build in book shelf - great accent to the open kitchen format. So just finished a new bathroom so also had Stonegate do my vanity counter and they did another great job.

Our overall experience with Stonegate from the moment we walked in to the complete finished job has been amazing. John came out to measure on time as scheduled ( which doesn’t seem to happen much with other contractors down here in De.) This was our 2nd project with Stonegate. He is delightful!We did encounter a problem with the install of a custom sink and Enes was AMAZING!! When we called him he sent Naim out immediately to remedy the situation .Naim was like a gentle giant . He was so knowledgeable and he resolved the issue on the spot.All along the entire process Enes kept in touch with my husband and I whenever he had a question. Often times we were the ones with concerns and needed clarification and he was always happy to support us. He even offered his cell phone number so that we were able to text pictures right away. I never felt they were yessing us to get us off the phone .We did shop around as this was a big project for us . The unwelcoming attitude from the sales girl from the competitor made us walk out so fast and never to return.This place is highly recommended and this comes from someone who is also the the customer service industry!Thank you for our beautiful kitchen and a seamless experience!!Can’t wait to do our bathrooms!

We recently had Stongate install new countertops in our kitchen and master bath. We could not be happier with the results. There were a lot of pieces and they all fit perfectly.All the old backsplashes were glued to wallpaper and they were able to remove them with no damage at all. Just visited the Possum Point Players Theater in Georgetown, where StoneGate recently installed a new granite bartop for their lobby bar. What an amazing improvement over the old bar! I honestly can’t thank the team at StoneGate Granite enough for their hard work renovating the bathroom and bar for our real estate investment. I’m very pedantic about details but The sales staff really allocated their undivided attention to making sure they resonated with the pain points in my problems. There was no question I had that they could not answer. I rested assured that the work would be done in a timely manner with the utmost care and they held up their end of the bargain so I’d say their worth every dollar.

After many hours of shopping around, we finally settled on a beautiful slab of granite from Stonegate granite and marble. The men that installed it were excellent at their job and we love how it looks in our kitchen. Our cabinets are white so we choose a slab with a black, gray, white swirl mixture. Awesome!!!!! The prices are the best around and you only pay for what is used!!! The service at the shop was also very good. Before you go anywhere check out Stonegate, located in Georgetown off of route 113.

I needed to get an under counter water filter installed. I have called Stonegate granit on Monday to see if they could come and drill a hole on my kitchen counter which was originally purchased from them in 2016 when we moved in to our new home.I was pleasantly surprised when they said they could come in and do it today, Tuesday. In less then 24 hours after I have called Stonegate, my kitchen counter is ready for my plumber to install the rest of the system.They not only did what I needed but they also went around checking all the granit work they have done and did minor adjustments due to settling of the new cabinets.In less then an hour and a half they have done a very safe, clean, courteous and professional service at no charge just because I was their customer.I am very happy that I have chosen Stonegate in the first place to purchase my countertops. They stand behind their work and their word.Good people to do business with.

The service was EXCELLANT. Reasonable prices and quality work. The turnaround time from measurements to installation was quick. The workmanship was exceptional, the fabricators cut the Granite for the countertops so the natural marbling of the stone would make the kitchen pop with the flooring and the cabinets.

We went to 4 other granite companies, and found Stonegate cheaper, and outside so that you could select your granite with natural light! They came exactly as scheduled and made a template, so that when they returned on the proper date they were ready to install. the installation took 4 and 1/2 hours! They worked the entire time and were efficient. They cleaned up and were gone, leaving my beautiful countertops installed!! Thankyou!

We recently bought a condo in Bethany Beach and decided to upgrade the kitchen with Quartz counters. I found Stonegate Granite & Marble through a google search. They have a great website for planning a kitchen remodel, and have fantastic customer service. John (the sales manager who met with us) was right on time, gave great advice for the counter and backsplash, and communicated with us throughout the installation until the project was complete. Luna was always friendly, very organized, and made sure that all of the dates that worked for us were on their schedule. The template and installation happened without us being present, and the final project was done to perfection. I am a picky person and could not have been more pleased with the service and more importantly the final result! We will use them again when we upgrade the bathrooms.

Just had countertops installed today and we are very pleased with the finished product. Stonegate has been very professional from start to finish; quick turnaround on providing detailed quote, precise measuring by John, great follow up by Luna, and terrific work on a difficult installation by Yohan and Phil. (500 lb countertop for island had to be winched up through a slot in deck to get it into the second floor kitchen. ) Very well run company with great employees.

Beware of what you get. We picked out our granite which was nice and smooth. What they installed was rough and pock - marked on the surface to where a wiping cloth is caught on the rough spots. We read some website complaints for other companies who switch out the slab you pick out for a more inferior and cheaper one but we didnt think we would have a problem with this company that had many positive reviews. Very disappointed because we paid up charges for a more expensive granite. We are stuck with this because they say they cannot polish out the pock marks.

Everything went well and the granite looks great! They were more reasonably price then some of the companies in OC.

I called Stonegate on a Tuesday because the supplier I had been working with could not meet a long-established deadline. Stonegate had the quartz I wanted and by the next Monday, had installed my new countertop. It is absolutely stunning. Everyone says it is the most beautiful countertop they have ever seen. And it was less expensive than the quote I had gotten from the other supplier. The staff at Stonegate was easy to work with, responsive to questions and special requests, and just as nice as can be. I am planing another project next year and I will definitely use Stonegate again.
