I absolutely love this local shop! I walked in and the women working the front were absolutely wonderful and so helpful and sweet. I was looking for their amazing champagne gummies to put in my bridesmaids boxes and they helped me figure out exactly how many I needed and what size containers would be best. They turned out absolutely perfect and I’m so so so happy! Support small businesses because they treat you like family. I couldn’t have had a better experience and I would recommend this cute shop to anyone!

I havent visited the store in-person, so I cant speak to that experience, but I reached out because I learned that they carry my favorite artists work, and they ship. The staff provided me plenty of photos to peruse, and close-ups where needed. Special thanks to Bethany, Faith, Maggie, and Cindy. They were fabulous. Theyve been so patient and helpful! Ive made three separate purchases recently, and Id certainly be back again. Its been a pleasure doing business with them!

We visited the Art Escape branch of The Escape at Lake Travis. What a surprise! Precious handmade art from all over the world. Exquisite pieces of jewelry, leather purses, fabric purses from a Zulu village in South Africa, an art gallery and so much more. It felt as if we were on a world tour! The Escape is a true example of outstanding shopping in Georgetown. Its owners are delightful, welcoming people whose desire is to offer wonderful and often unique shopping opportunities for gifts as well as home and personal items. Located on the enchanting downtown square, the shop has gained prominence with out of town visitors who know of its excellence. When we shop at The Escape we leave happy with every part of our experience. It is great fun go to there and enjoy browsing and shopping this terrific gem of Georgetown.

I have been going to The Escape for years! They have a wonderful selection of gifts for most every person you know. Like, if Im getting a gift for someone who is hard to get gifts for (if you know what I mean), I always go to The Escape and find something special.They have jewelry, windchimes, cooking utensils, purses, wooden puzzles, cards, cups and mugs, metal statutes...the list goes on and on.And the sales associates are also really nice and helpful too!

I was drawn in by the impressive display of cards in the window. I love collecting various unique cards so I always have a good one on handy for any occasion, but their cards were not that unique or interesting. The whole store is just full of stuff for your house and its not really my style at all. The staff is friendly, but its just not my cup of tea.

Not as much interesting items as they use to carry. A lot of jewelry and clothing.

The lack of customer service is appalling. No one returns phone calls or appears to follow-up to provide customers with help after a sale. My $200 purchase will be the last time I deal with these people. I asked for help and all they did was avoid my phone calls. When a business will not provide service after the sale I will not be back in their shop!
