I had a bad experience with a different company. My couch was supposed to be shipped in on a certain day so I sold my current living room set the week of. My sectional never showed and I was told it would now be on back order for months.I went to many furniture stores and unfortunately all furniture would take months to get in. I ended up going to Big Lots in Georgetown and Mark gave me a few different options to choose from for a sectional. Because of him, I didn’t have to settle on a couch and ended up getting the sectional I wanted! He’s a hard work with excellent customer service. I appreciate all of his help. After going a month without a couch, I know have a beautiful sectional. So big shout out to Mark at the Georgetown Big Lots for making this happen! Thanks so much!

Im just wondering if they have a mask mandate for their employees. The cashier had a mask but it was a chin guard. I thought it was kinda stupid of him. If your going to wear a mask please wear it properly. Other than that it was fine.

You have to find someone to help you with pricing and they are overly pricey. My book

District manager was barking at everyone working there, one couch of all tge 50 displays in floor, HORRIBLE person for delivery, ended up hiring someone else. 2 stars for the nice lady and gentlemen (sales) they were great

FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES! We bought a matress from them a few weeks ago and it was a very pleasant experience. They guy was very kind as well as everyone else working there. I enjoyed my visit here and WILL be back!

Wonderful experience! We came from Frankfort store to buy two recliners and a television stand that the Frankfort store did not have in stock. The gentleman helping was very helpful, nice, and funny. Great shopping experience.

We happened to stop here for a pool cover while driving thru to get home to Indiana. Made an online order to pick up. Arrived earlier than expected but they were kind and finished our order while the kids had a restroom break. Had us ready and checked out once we made it back to the counter. In and out quick! Thank you!

So clean and organized and employees were so nice, but this was the one in Ky. Nor Indy Washington St. Where the employees r nasty to the customers. I drive over to Greenfield just because of that. Indiana could take some lessons from Ky.

Love big lots as a chain. Not so much this specific store. Had a couch on hold under my name and was advised that it would be saved for me when I come pick it up and purchase it the next day. Showed up the next day with a uhaul already rented to pick up the furniture, and they sold it to someone else and there was none left in stock. Had to travel to a different big lots in a different city to get what I needed, where they did honor the fact that I placed a hold on it while I traveled to pick it up. Would not recommend this store for furniture.

Whoa-- when did Big Lots become ALL about furniture and extremely high prices on low quality stuffs--?Used to be a store that had EVERY thing!! You never left without a purchase an after being there for a hour or so..trying to see it all. Was a little let dwn. Store was empty..

Needed more people working in the furniture dept. Once we were able to pay for our items they were loaded quickly. Loading area needed to be salted for the safety of customers and staff.

Nothing more than food and furniture, along with a few other random things that you really dont want or need. Not sure what happened to the concept or target customers base. Almost like a bargain furniture store now. Would recommend for first apartments starter furniture kit and for overpriced groceries.

Clean, well-lit, items are in good condition, huge variety of interesting items plus a bit of furniture. always a good place to find looooots of snacks. checkout area is a little tight on space but the cashiers are awesome. its always pleasant to shop here. you can tell the employees do good work.

Stopped in Wednesday evening. A gentleman in a grey shirt was sitting in furniture, which is incredibly common. I approached asking for a product called moon cheese. I replied we do not carry, sorry. The young woman he was speaking with replied yes we do and proceeded to show me. On our walk to find said product I learned she was a relatively new employee and was there on personal time shopping.How can the boss not know his own merchandise?! Why is ALWAYS sitting down in furniture?One time I saw him sitting in furniture with another associate (bigger girl with black and highlighted hair) my entire shopping time just chatting away. Mind you this is the same associate we have all seen in the aisles literally sleeping on a foldable chairRevolving door of products to choose from but lousy crew and management.

Couldnt get any help. After 30minutes we left

I absolutely love this big lots. It might not be as big or showy as some others, but it always has exactly what I want! I can easily lose myself in this store and end up spending anywhere from $50-$100 without noticing until at the checkout! Very friendly staff, always polite and clean! Always surprising to see such a clean store, but I love it! Family friendly 100%

What you need is usually sold out. Not sure how often they restock.

Store looks bigger since they remodeled it. There is more organization in the store. It has been arranged differently. If you have never been in there before you would think that you are in a brand new store. Employees are really nice the there.

It was a nightmare. Called about an item before I got there and was told to pick it up in the back of the store at layaway. At checkout the price doubled from 18dollars to 35 dollars. Explained everything to the manager and she said the associate in the store that gave me the price didnt know what he was doing. My response was okay then why dont they train the employees and got no response. Oh well what can you do. Shop somewhere else Im thinking.

This place is full of surprises. They have classic as well as trendy furniture and household items galore. Three selection of rugs is amazing too. However my favorite part of the store is the toys. They have hard to find items at surprisingly low prices.

Very good place to buy mattresses and furniture. Just bought my 2 year old a twin sized mattress for only $100, pretty hard to beat.

The person running the register is not friendly, name Scott, he is not customer oriented. I asked direction to party supplies like ribbon or bows, his response WE dont mess with that stuff, he then turned away. Very rude voice.

Was a little aggravating the system shut completely down as I was getting ready to pay and had to go to another register and ring up everything again $322 worth of stuff! So I wasnt very thrilled with my visit to Big Lots this time!

Wow! This is the new Value City Furniture I guess. I dont shop here often and probably wont be back since they are primarily a furniture store now.

You can find just about anything in this store. A gift, food, furniture, pet food, holiday decor. And the staff is pleasant.
