I dont know if there are other staff members that served the customers from the other reviews, but the older man who we dealt with was grumpy and rude. He exhibited zero customer service, or even people skills. Its as though he couldnt force himself to even pretend to be nice.

Very good selection, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Fair market pricing based on stock prices at the time of sale or purchase. Nice small business setting. You can tell that this is the owners passion and his business is a great contribution to downtown Georgetown.

Great customer service and offered very fair prices for bullion.We went to a gold dealer in Temple and were offered 15% below spot… decided to check things out a bit more. Grateful we did...Worth the extra drive for us. Would do business here again. A++
