I went to pick up our cart and had to smile, the Owner was there and helping me but was trying hard to find the paperwork that was placed in another area of the desk. He was so much fun, both of us laughing about “where’s the paperwork”😀. Naturally it was found and the prices were extremely reasonable. When he went to retrieve the cart he notices the top was wiggly (not something we brought in to be fixed) he took it back and possibly fixed it himself- small bolt had popped out. Very genuine and carrying person and service was fantastic, done on time. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH

Can’t say enough good about this place and the owner. I had a fantastic experience and the owner was willing to answer any questions I had. I ended up purchasing my cart here and I don’t regret it one bit. I will definitely be back in the future for more stuff. Customer service goes along way in my book, and I was provided with top notch service. Owner even helped me load and strap down my new cart in the pouring rain. Morrie and his wife were wonderful to work with throughout the entire design and purchasing process! My wife and I stopped by to look at different models and ended up custom ordering a brand new cart with all the bells and whistles. Morrie knows his business and is really fun to talk to- true professional! We would highly recommend Extreme Golf Cars to anybody in the market.

Extremely rude . Needs to learn meaning of customer service. All I did was ask a question and was told Im not gonna argue with you. Didnt even try 2 answer question. They just lost a customer

They justify leaving a few bolts off by calling it an accident. Dont trust this place!Update: They were justifying the other shops neglectful work and said accidents happen. Well, keep in mind anyplace to justify a back seat falling off with children on it is also neglectful. These people are just as bad! I told him this is serious, and his tone became aggressive on the phone and I hung up. Absolutely rude!We found a place who understands the severity and is going to do a full inspection on our golf cart and acted extremely mature like any grown adult would behave when children are involved.

To sum it up, Maury told me I really dont have time. Ive got three carts in the back I really need to get to work on. I came with the intention of buying an EZGO Valor EFI Gas Golf Cart. I had driven from Bastrop to do so.

I have been shopping for a 6 passenger cart since we lost our during Hurricane Harvey. I came across Extreme by a Google search and I’m glad I did! They had some of the cheapest prices I could find. Within a few minutes of talking to Brandon I was starting the purchase process. They even helped me get it delivered to Houston. Brandon was great and I would recommend Extreme to anyone looking for a good deal on a golf cart.
