Was not greeted when I walked in or asked if I need help. The store clerk looked me in my face and walked to the front of the store without any acknowledgement.The store rep did not ask if he could help with anything. There were NO other customers in the store. Less than 1 minute later a customer walks in and gets a polite greeting. I refuse to shop anywhere that will not offer a basic customer service and so I swiftly walked out.

Great staff. Staff always knows exactly where the item(s) I need are located which means I was in and out in 5 min.

Very nice staff. I was frustrated because I specifically went online to find the closest one to me and look at that stores inventory. Of course, the corporation just made it seem that way and I had to buy something to get by but definitely not what I was looking for. Not the staffs problem. And again, they were helpful.

Came here looking for specific product that the website said they had. I was not greeted by either employee when I walked in, nor was I approached and asked if I needed any help as I walked up and down isles looking for what I needed. One worker almost bumped into me as he was moving around the store either stocking or packing an order and made no acknowledgment that I was even near him. Left without my product and disappointed I went out of my way to this location

I went to this location and arrived at 5:40. Their site shows they close at 6:30. Their door had a sign that said open until 6:30. The door was locked and no one was inside. I called the phone number listed and no one answered. I tried calling a different location in Austin and no one answered and the call automatically ended. When I tried calling their customer service someone answers but then the call was dropped. Poor customer service.

Extremely helpful and pleasant staff

Asked an employee (Ty I believe, african american male) a question about a female product, and he not only laughed at me but the other two employees joined in also. They began making jokes on how little knowledge I had, the assault left me feeling ridiculed and honestly quite dumb. I have bought my supplements from here for over 2 years but never again! At least GNC wont laugh in my face.
