Where do I start.....customer service was okay until I signed the offer, its very sad. They said my trade in has an issue that need service so I bring it to my dealer and Mercedes said theres nothing wrong with the car . The day I came to pick up the car they told me the paperwork is not in order so I have to come back, really!! Anyway got the car and next day saw light signal so I call sales rep made appointment for service on this and the day I come in the service guy said theres no appointment made for me so I asked him if the Sale rep guy (dont want to mention his name) in today he said I dont know you have to go check it at Sales office OMG. I have to say I never experience this terrible and unprofessional service from a car dealership before Im really disappointed.

I love coming to Kia Georgetown for my car service appointments. I even got my lease from here after having trouble with the customer service with my first car from the Brampton location. All team members are kind and will ask if you need help. The Service team is also courteous and usually don’t take longer than 45-1hour for my scheduled service - keep in mind my car is only 2 years old. Every summer Kia also had 0% interest deals on certain models, which is when I had purchased/leased both of my cars and they will often tell me about loyalty offers when I am there. They take the time to sit with you instead of pushing a sale on you. I definitely prefer coming all the way here for service needs.

Prior to making the drive all the way to Georgetown from Hamilton, I needed to know if the third row seat would be large enough for my growing children. I had already tried out other SUVs and the third row didnt have enough legroom. The only vehicle I wanted was either a Toyota or a Honda. Harman was nice enough to send pictures of himself in the third row and so I made the trip. Here I am a month later with my new to me Honda Pilot and I love it! The kids love and sometimes fight over the backseat. Service was great

I got a used vehicle from here, in two weeks the engine lights came on. They fixed that for free. (The vehicle has no warranty). After a week went by the engine lights came back on again. They assured me that it may be something else and not the engine. So I left it for awhile, but not to mention I paid a lot on other mechanical issues. Still engine lights on. Now, after just 2 years I have to get a new engine! Ill never recommend this place to anyone, zero star from me!

Loyal customers of Georgetown Kia. My wife and I have bought two new vehicles from the previous dealership and have serviced with them for the past 4 years. Service dept is 5 stars!However, recently we were left with a bad taste in our mouths after trying to purchase a new vehicle where we were asked if we wanted to trade in our current vehicle with it. We are also new to the trade in process and mentioned this to the salesman.Basically, the salesman and manager tried to trick us (along with using other tactics) by giving us above market value for our trade in only for it to go to cover our current loan and not to reduce the $ amount of the new vehicle (as done when using the build & price feature with a trade in online). The sales people are just doing their jobs and I’m sure these tactics are used all the time (and could be used to take advantage of inexperienced customers) but as a loyal customer with a young family it just left us with a bad experience where we felt that we were being taken advantage of. The dealership at the old building provided us with the family experience and this took away from all of that.All they had to do was be honest and we would’ve purchased the new vehicle. Instead, we will take our cash and use Unhaggle to purchase our new vehicle with someone else.Other than that, the test driving experience was great.

I had some issues with my Kia back in Late February, right around the time Kias systems were down. Dealing with the Georgetown dealership was an excellent experience. They didnt have all the answers since they werent able to connect directly with the Kia systems but Bobby the Service Technician was determined to find the root cause of the issue. He showed such a high level of professionalism and expertise. Bobby really knows his stuff. The service staff as well as the manager did an excellent job of keeping me informed. We purchased a 2020 demo vehicle. The process, the amount of people involved, the lack of professionalism, not following through with the delivery as promised, the price trickery (being told a price included tax and before leaving our home to pick up were informed this price did not include tax), and the unclean vehicle (multiple spots and stains on the interior trim and upholstery as well as both sliding door weather strips were filled with debris) was displeasing to say the least. When spending just under $40, 000.00 on a vehicle, it should have been a smooth process with a customer first approach. Overall, we are absolutely dissatisfied with the quality of service.

Had to take my 2015 Kia Soul in for a recall notice. I read the reviews for the service department of Georgetown Kia and decided to book the appointment here. I called and left a message, got a call back in good time and booked my appointment. They said it would take about an hour. When I showed up they followed all Covid-19 protocols, and it took less that an hour. When my vehicle was ready, I was given a coupon for a free carwash. The service was quick, the staff were friendly, and they explained the process. It was a very good experience.

We did have an issue of miscommunication when purchasing the car and ended up paying for a rust protection that we really wouldn’t have wanted if the communication was more clear, but Georgian Kia was quick to resolve the issue and we were happy with the outcome. Amazing Service from Frank: I came to Georgetown Kia, to buy a car, even though I had bad credit. I was lucky enough to be connected to Frank Lorelli the Senior Credit Manager. Frank took charge of my entire application, from day one. He made himself available to be reached very easily by phone and by email, and spent time carefully explaining all the various aspects of the credit process, and also analyzing the different elements of my credit report, before telling me how exactly he was going to get me approved. He was patient, understanding and respectful. He was also realistic, making it clear what my options were, and what my best course of action would likely be. After my experience at Georgetown Kia on Monday and Tuesday, Id be hard-pressed to buy a car anywhere else. Mitch, Tony, and Matt provided me with an experience that I can only describe as once in a lifetime. They made a pretty aggressive offer to me of delivering the car within 7 hours of me signing the paperwork, and when there was a relatively small hiccup in that plan and I would have to bring the car back in the next morning to get detailed, they absolutely outdid themselves in making it right ten times over. And the cherry on top is that the car itself exceeds my expectations going in!

I am a single mom with a young child, trying to restart my life after a bad marriage. Ashley Small sold me a Benz that developed a major electrical issue within the first 2 years. Ashley Small upsold me a $2,000 additional 2-year warranty with Canada General. She made it seem mandatory. When I realized that the warranty was not mandatory and tried to cancel, Nick Chopra (her boss) refused to let me out of the warranty that I was tricked into buying. When the electrical issue developed DURING the time the warranty was active, Nick Chopra and Adam Halko (from Canada General) refused to even assess the issue and now claim that the policy has expired, so their hands are tied. This is how Adam Halko signs his e-mails: Canada General Warranty Inc. .……coverage you can count on! This is a lie. Oakville Used Car Superstore/Georgetown Kia sold me a bad car, upsold me a $2,000 warranty that they then did not let me use when the car had a legitimate defect. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

The process of buying our very slightly used 2020 Optima was very smooth and painless. Venus was extremely knowledgeable about the car and answered all our questions, and all the other staff were friendly and helpful without exception. The only unanswered question was whether the car originally came with a second key fob, and if so where was it. I would definitely buy from here again.

The whole environment at the dealership is really peaceful and positive. All the employees greet you with a smile on their face. The staff is super friendly. You get a very good vibe when you enter the showroom but the staff is not honest. They said there is a major problem with the vehicle I was trading in and gave $2000 less than the trade value. They listed the vehicle for sale the next morning. There was just a minor issue with blind monitor, nothing else. I purchased extended warranty for the vehicle I bought and I was told it will cover all sensors. I double checked when I was signing the papers and I was told yeah yeah sensors are included in the extended warranty. When I read the papers carefully, got to know sensors are not included. Got back to the dealership and they said you will have to pay 1500 bucks extra for it. A couple of guys called me to give the dealership 5 star review and I explained the issue to every single guy and nobody tried to fix it. I finally gave up and had no other option but to write this review.Do not think I will ever go back to the dealership.
