The Spa Mart is AWESOME! I have been ordering from them for a year now. (I’m sorry it wasn’t sooner!) The shipping is typically super fast... but if for some reason there’s a little delay THEY CALL! Excellent customer service. Love the Loyalty Points also.

So I rushed to spa mart 20 min before closing not realizing that it was online or phone orders only. I had this grand idea to start waxing myself so I just wanted to pick up a wax pot and some hard wax. I had never shopped here before. I had no idea what to get, but Teddy was so gracious and kind to help me over the phone and so patient I really appreciate him. We need more kind people in the world. He was really my day maker

Wonderful group. The website was very user friendly and very detailed in selecting the options. Once I placed my order I received an email from Marsha asking for a little more info before making my spa cover. They could have just thrown anything on and sent it on but they took the extra step. I received my cover extremely fast. I was expecting 4-6 weeks and but I got it pretty close to 2 weeks. I did have one issue with the shipment and emailed Marsha that evening thinking I would be ignored or get a response basically saying not our problem since they already got their money. THE VERY NEXT MORNING I got a message back with a sincere apology, a VERY generous option, and she even asked if that option was okay. I was stunned to say the least. Once I agreed Marsha took care of everything and was very quick about keeping in touch with me. I NEVER write reviews, not even bad reviews. I have absolutely no problem writing one for Spa Mart, leadership, and especially Marsh Hale. Thank you all so very much. Hands down the very BEST customer service I have ever seen.

I have an addiction to this place. I absolutely adore teddy and his knowledge and the entire place is super fun to go look through and see what they have (which is a lot). It truly is like the Costco for spa supplies, if you need something immediately they’ll have it! I love this place!!

Ive been working with Spa Mart now for over 4 months and Ive been VERY satisfied with them as our new distributor. Weve been able to cut out Amazon almost 100%. Our orders are always delivered with a low delivery min order. Carmel is our representative and has been so helpful on all hours of the day! Going above and beyond!! The cost is always competitive and they have been able to match pricing for items Ive found cheaper. You wont be disappointed. We are very happy we made the switch!

Thank goodness for The Spa Mart, a prime example of an outstanding business model. They have an extensive inventory of quality spa supplies and equipment and their website is extremely user-friendly. Depending on when you place your order, you can sometimes get same-day or next-day delivery (!) - which is such a blessing when you are dealing with emergency supply shortages. The Spa Mart has spoiled me, in a very good way! They have made my life so much easier and more efficient. I dont even know what I was doing before they arrived in my life and the life of my business. Since I am a solo practitioner, I dont keep the amount of linens, supplies, and equipment on hand that some larger businesses do. I have always had exactly and only what I need. There are times when I very suddenly require more items or replacements, and I dont have to panic anymore. The Spa Mart rescues me quickly! The company itself is beyond amazing with their top quality options for everything I could possibly need. Beyond that, Carmel is exceptional. She is so incredibly helpful, quick with answers and ideas, super friendly, and clearly passionate and eager to help others succeed. She has saved me several times. I was using Massage Warehouse up until I met one of the owners of the Spa Mart. I have never been so impressed with the customer service, fast shipping and receiving, and EXCELLENT customer service. Massage Warehouse outed me almost $100 and I regret using ANYTHING but The Spa Mart. Not even AMAZON can compare to the pricing and the customer service! Thank you SO MUCH Spa Mart!

I also want to brag on the people who run the place – Tory is so knowledgeable and is so full of information I love talking to her. And Edwina has gone above and beyond for me, I had a skin issue question for her and she spent time with me consulting and answering all my questions. Thank you!
