I love shopping here. The associates are so helpful, they make me feel confident in every outfit that I put on. They take the time out to get know my needs and wants. American threads is a warm and welcoming environment.

American Threads is a trendy place that I love to shop at. I follow their Instagram and enjoy seeing the new items they get in. I spend a lot of time there and I enjoy the girls attitudes when it comes to helping me pick out the right outfits. I have gain some great relationships with associates and the manager. They now know my name and greet me with a joyful smile every time I come in.

Just left out the Germantown location and after being in the store for 10 minutes, no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. Definitely will be spreading the word of how POOR the customer service is and WILL not be returning!!!!
