In-store customer service was very poor. We were given a few dates to choose from and scheduled an in-store pickup date and when we arrived we were told that those arent scheduled, just estimates and it could come today, tomorrow, or Monday. Then why give me dates to choose from for the pick-up??? They were indifferent to my frustration. I also had tried calling to see if it was there, but sat on hold for over 30 minutes twice with no answer. In the store I asked if the phones were busy, and was told no, but unless you know the exact extension, it goes to a call center and nobody really answers.What happened to Best Buy?
Great selection of appliances, competitive prices, super friendly and helpful personnel, great customer service all the way around.
Best buy. The floor people are non-commissioned so it is no longer the feeling of pulling into a car lot and being swarmed by sale people.
Its a Best Buy, hit and miss depending on what you need and who helps you (or doesnt).
