Our car got rear-ended. The insurance company gives us several options for repair, we chose this body shop because it is not far from us. The reception lady was friendly. She quickly located the staff who do the inspection. Rudy carefully evaluated the damage, and explained the procedure for repair. He is a nice person to speak with, very knowledgeable about car repair. He called me the next day to update the status and let me know the work can be done sooner. Were satisfied with the work performed. It was done professionally and quickly. What beyond my expectation is that the car was entirely detailed when we picked it up. (Rudy simply mentioned that he washed our car, but we know its more than car wash after looking at the tire & rim and clean interior.) Thanks, again!

I took my Tacoma in for minor cosmetic repairs. The service was estimated, scheduled, and completed without flaw. The impressive thing is that though my repair was small, I feel I got very good service. I was made aware of each step in the process and each was as I had been prepared for. I’ve had to send my car back three times now to have them fix repairs they did. Quality control is subpar and my car was returned still damaged. They had to send my rim off to another shop to be reconditioned yet it was returned to me with large gouges in it that are impossible to miss when mounting the tire to the rim or attaching the wheel to the car.Multiple paint defects.Body panels aren’t aligned well.Panels aren’t put back on correctly (missing screws and fit is incorrect)A headlight was replaced and they replaced it with one that was severely “spidered” with hairline scratches/ cracks all over. See photo 5. That didn’t match the other side (original from factory when car was purchased) that was in way better condition without the spider cracks. See photo 6

Someone backed into me June 20th in a parking lot claiming they didn’t see me, leaving a very small dent on my quarter panel in the back of the passenger side. My insurance referred us to come here and I dropped off my car June 23rd. I explained to Brian how I was moving out of state and my car needed to be shipped on July 6th and I was also going to my hometown June 25th to visit family before I moved. After looking at my car, he said it was minor damage and that it would be done fast, not to worry about anything, and that I could leave the car there while out of town and that I would be able to pick it up when I got back July 5th. The morning of June 25th before my flight, we got a call from Brian that my car would be finished in about a hour and I received a text while on the plane that my car was done. My insurance company was also told my car was finished. After being out of town for a week and a half the moment I got out of the airport, I got a ride to Calibers Collision to see a sign on the door stating they were closed July 5th after communicating with me I would be able to pick it up. The next day I got another ride to Calibers and said I was picking up my car, when Brian told me my car was not ready and that it was “in paint” and they tried to do a paintless dent repair but since prior work there was done before they had to take it apart. He also asked who told me my car was done and I told him that he called me and I got a text when he responded “oh the automated text”. I told him, my car was supposed to be shipped that day and he told me it should be done in the next two days. We asked him to release my car to find the inside of the back passenger door not put together, and pieces of my car in the trunk and while waiting for it to be released he told me “it just needs to be painted”. The way this was handled was not professional at all and was not a very trustworthy or reliable experience. I should have been updated on my car especially if I was told it was done being worked on and ready to pickup. This all happened while in the process of moving and I made sure that was communicated the whole time through. I have attached pictures of the before with the dent circled and the after of how my car was released.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! (Unless you want your wheel to fall off). There is another excellent collision shop less than a mile away. I took my truck to Caliber Collision on 876 Abalone Dr, Gilbert, AZ 85233 to have my truck quoted for repair after an accident. I chose not to hire them to do the work, but I did contract them to perform an inspection and comprehensive quotation of all parts needed to fix the truck. When I picked up my truck, I paid their invoice for the contracted work performed and proceeded to drive it to the shop I chose to perform the work. Unfortunately, I didn’t quite make it. In route my drivers’ front wheel and tire flew off the truck causing an accident and injury. Come to find out, they failed to secure the lug nuts on my truck after performing their work/inspection. Luckily no one was killed, and I was traveling at a relatively low rate of speed on surface streets. I called Tim Davis (Manager) to inform him of what just happened. He was initially really apologetic and agreed to pay for the tow to at least get it off the road. Not more than 20 min later Tim called me back with a total change of tune denying any liability (probably after being advised by ownership) and refusing to pay for the tow. This was approximately 45 min after picking up my truck and drove directly from their shop to the other one that was going to do the work. He claimed that my tire was never removed by them. So that left me confused, either they are lying about removing the tire, or they are lying about performing the inspection and comprehensive quote I paid for. Bottom line is that there are plenty of other great collision shops out there, I would highly suggest steering away from this one at all costs. The lack of attention to detail in this case could have killed someone, and their lack of accountability is telling of their moral compass.Shortly after reporting my first complaint I was contacted by Matt Arnett, Regional Manager for caliber collision to discuss my initial allegations. After discussing the matter further, they asked for a quote to fix the damage that was caused by their shop and was then passed off to their insurance company to file a claim. However, after speaking with the insurance company I was told that they spoke with Caliber Collision who denied any wrongdoing and did not want to pay for the damaged parts without doing any type of investigation into the matter. I sent them over 20 images of the damaged that they caused due to their oversight.

We were rear ended and the other partys insurance company sent us to Caliber Collision in Gilbert, AZ. They kept us informed on how the work was going. They fixed our car completely and even washed it. They are friendly and professional.

Amazing staff quick service highly recommended

About a month ago, I got rear-ended. That was terrible. Dealing with the cops, terrible. Dealing with insurance, terrible... It took me a few days, but I got my car here and do you know what happened? It took me 5 minutes to get setup, get in a rental, and head to work! I received an update every couple of days letting me know when they started working, when they knew how long it would take, and then when it was ready (5 days earlier than anticipated)! It was the easiest and by far the most pleasant part of getting my life back together after my accident. Mike was incredibly professional and even took care of a little scuff in my paint that wasnt even from the accident! Hopefully I dont have to, but if Im my car ever needs more repairs, I know where Im taking it.

I originally took my car to surprise but due to their volume of work my car was flat bedded over here. They had my car for almost a month and let’s just say it has been back once for them to complete the car . And it has to go back . The technicians must not wear gloves because they got grease all over my interior. I’m glad I paid my deductible for this experience.

Super professional and friendly place. I received text updates every step of the way and my vehicle was even ready earlier than expected. The repair was done incredibly (you can’t tell that there was ever an issue) and my car was washed and throughly cleaned as well. Over the weekend while washing our cars, we had a small mishap that damaged both my truck and my wife’s car. Nothing major, but it was a total bummer! On Monday, I reached out for Tim at Caliber and he was able to get both vehicles in right away. I am one of those people that can see a paint repair and/or imperfection from a mile away. Knowing that a paint repair will be necessary, I am concerned knowing that my eyes will never be able to not see the repair if it is still visible. The relief was paramount when I saw the vehicles with repairs that are 100% undetectable. The cars were done earlier than promised, they were cleaned, and Tim was great about going over the repairs to ensure we were completely happy. There are tons of body shops out there, but I am really thankful I took our vehicles to Tim at Caliber.

I cannot rave how amazing Caliber Collision has been. I have had two body repairs done here and both experiences have been so painless. My vehicle has always been returned to me exactly the way it was before the damage occurred, which I didnt think was possible. Mike has assisted me with both repairs at this location and let me just say that he keeps me so well informed by both personally calling and texting me with updates with my vehicle as well as with updates with my insurance company. He personally made both experiences so quick and stress fee, which is hard to do when someones vehicle has been damaged so severely. Our car suffered some front end damage from a deer on a family trip. They replaced the front bumper, headlight and various lamps. The communication and customer service was outstanding and the car looks like brand new.

Mike was AMAZING!!! Took my car in friday at 9amwith a cracked windshield and some side panel damage and by 5pm that day it was ready to take home. I had my car in for an major accident. After getting it back the front tire kept loosing air. I finally took it in to discount tire and was told it was a cracked rim. I have had the car 3 years and never had an issue until after the accident. I called mike at caliber and after 3 messages finally got him. He tells me can’t be caused by the accident. It felt like I was bothering him. No help. I guess they got paid for the major repairs and had no time for follow up. I finally called State Farm any they were much more helpful and understood why I was upset. They thought that it was very unusual to have the issue right after the accident. I think caliber is too busy to help there customers. My recommendation is don’t use these guys. They don’t care about the customer.

I’ve had to use them 3 times with our cars and they have been professional, Easy to contact and the cars look great when they are finished.

There was a bit of a wait to turn in our car (15 minutes) but the service was done well and we were kept up to date via text. The fact that Enterprise rental car has an office IN the building was really cool and they were friendly too.There was a bit of a mix-up with our car key when we went to pick it up which delayed us about an extra 5 minutes but it was a good experience overall.

Very disappointed! They made a huge mistake on my vehicle which caused further damage and an injury and instead of taking responsibility and apologizing I’ve had to get lawyers involved and go after them legally. This would have gone away immediately if they just made things right. Never bring your car here!!!

Had a collusion Dec 14 2019. Geico advised to take my vehicle here to get it fixed. Mike was lacked communicating. After two weeks later they said it was done, when I went over to pick it up, they buffed to much and take some of the pain out where the bumper meets body. Put a 3 inch scratch where they repaint, Did not seated the molding correctly. Also they did not detailed the vehicle after they were done. There was buffing powder stick to the door seals and everywhere. They said they will make it right. But it took them another week to make it right. I do not trust their quality of workmanship. All they want is put your vehicle together fast and say fixed. I will never take another vehicle there. Stay away from this place.

No update via text. Dropped the car off on a Friday at 7:30AM, for a 3 day turn around for minor work. Instead it took 7 full Business days to fix a dent in the door. Literally a DENT. Any decent shop can do it in hours. Slow service, never updated me via calls or text. Only when I contacted them they finally responded with “oh you can pick up your car today”. Zero stars

I was initially skeptical due to a few unfavorable reviews on here. Nonetheless I decided to trust the shop my insurance company, Geico, had highly recommended. My minor car accident happened on a Thursday; my car went into the shop on the following Monday; it was promised back by Friday; I was called 5:00pm Wednesday that it was ready. When I picked up my car Thursday afternoon it was shining. They had washed and detailed my car and it looked beautiful. Mike walked me around the car and explained the rear driver panel, bumper, and tail light replacements. He explained everything they had to do and the do’s and dont’s of washing/waxing my car the next month or so. I was very impressed with how great my car looked both inside and out. I was amazed with the professionalism and ease to pay my deductible and pick up my car within 15 minutes. Dropping off my car was equally easy. They were ready for me at my appointment time and called enterprise rental to bring my loaner car. I was even able to just drop my rental off with keys to the front desk. Every step was so seemless and easy. I’d definitely recommend Collision to others. Bonus...they offer snacks and cold beverages. In this AZ heat... the cold waters were a welcomed amenity! Thank you collision for your fast, professional, and hard work. There’s nothing like having and driving your own vehicle!

I dont often post online reviews, but my experience at Caliber was so horrible that I do want to warn others to avoid this shop. Know the law that you can choose any body shop for your repairs and you do not have to go where your insurance suggest. I regret trusting my insurance companys recommendation and am surprised by the number of positive reviews for this shop. After an accident, I had damage to the front of my car from the quarter panel to front bumper and grill. While the initial repair was done within the time frame they originally quoted, the car had extra paint splatter on it when I went to pick it up, and several issues that required me to take it back to have them redo many of the repairs, including: Cracked headlamp, loose part under grill, cracked under shield that was not repaired originally, wheel well liner was installed over wheel trim, new wheel trim was loose and coming off after 2-3 days. The second set of repairs was only supposed to take a few hours, which turned into overnight and then over a week. They wanted to blame everything on the parts not fitting or getting delayed in transit. Then, when I want to pick up my car the second time, warning lights were on the dash panel, so they had to take my car back yet again to fix it. Overall, the staff was friendly, but this shop seems like they are taking on too many repairs at once and are overworked. Their quality control seems very low, and my impression is that they are working for volume, using as cheap of parts as possible. Overall, I would strongly urge anyone to consider a different body shop than Caliber.

Great shop. Was easy to drop my car off. I have aBMW and they gave me a rental that was upgraded which was nice. Geico is right on site rental car was on site as well. Nice waiting area nice people very friendly. My car was rear ended and was fixed very nicely and in a timely manner. They even came to my work the next day after I got my car because they forgot something. My car was very clean when i got it back.Customer service is on point at this shop I will go back if needed. I may suggest fitted caliber collision hats to all satisfied customers that would be a nice touch.

Caliber Collision repaired my Honda Civic. Nate is friendly and he kept me updated on the progress and schedule. Because I was paying cash, Nate suggested different repair options to work with my budget. The technicians do quality work. I work on cars and all the bits were put back together properly and body gaps were spot on.

The car looks good, but after they put it back together & test drove it they didnt check under the car to see if anything was leaking. I guess that is not something they normally do. (REALLY?)Turns out the CV Boot was cracked & leaking grease. Had my husband not rotated the tires, we would have left on vacation & be stuck out in the desert somewhere! They are also terrible at communication. We were given an estimated time of completion that changed 3 times. Finally we had to call to find out that it wasnt done & be given another date. The car was in the shop 28 days & is now back in the shop to fix the CV boot & a couple of minor items. How long will that take? Very stressed & frustrated! Definitely didnt Restore the Rhythm of our life!!

You will find nothing less than perfection at this facility. Whether you have an older model car or a brand new one, they treat you the same. I actually described them to a friend by saying its like when the waiter comes to your table with a folded napkin over his arm; thats how I felt when they came out with their clipboard and spoke to me so respectfully and personably about the repair. Their work is efficient and to perfection . Everyone in the office is lovely; I cant tell you how impressed I was. I highly recommend that before you go anywhere else or call any of these so-called discount advertisers, you go to Caliber Collision; youll be glad you did! Caliber is the perfect name!

AMAZING! 5/5 stars across the board. I took my 2015 BRZ in for body work repairs. The moment I got there I met John, he walked all around car with Geico and I to take photos/make an estimate. From the beginning I could tell he was very knowledgeable and I was at ease leaving my car with him. He set proper expectations about repairs, the time frame, etc. John came through with everything he said and I’m so very pleased. My car is my baby and I couldn’t be more happy with repairs. Caliber NAILED matching my crystal white pearl paint. That was the only thing I was anxious about and I was so happy when I picked up my car! The shop had very clear communication and called me with updates more than once. In the event I ever need body work done again, I will always be taking any vehicle I own here. I now have a place I can refer all my friends and family to as well! I am SO thankful for John and Caliber!

I was in a car accident, I could still drive my car but the bumper was broken and I wanted to fix it because there were two lights turned on my dashboard, I went to this place a day after the incident cuz my insurance recommended it, they told me they will take a picture of my car and send me an estimate that same day, they never did, I called them a day later, and they told me they will get the estimate and call me back or send an email, they never did, then I called them a third time 2 days after, and they said THE SAME DAMN THING!! Then I called my insurance and they called them, it was a three way conversation and they again told me they apologize and will call me back that same day, AND THEY DIDNT ONCE AGAIN!!! They made me WAIT FOR 10 DAYS!! Every time telling me they will send the estimate!! So I found another shop! DONT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!! I honestly dont want them to get ANY money from me!!

I felt talked down to more than once. Example #1: I took my vehicle back to fix what wasnt. these indicator lights come on & go away when put in drive. Yes, but should they be flashing angrily in MY face? Ive been driving 35+ years; I think I know that little tid bit. Nice reception area.

Disapprove of having my Geico Insurance agent literally housed inside this collision operation. Then to also house an Enterprise car rental there is too much to comprehend.

From each step of the way they kept me informed on my car. It was suppose to be done by Friday. Nope it was done Wednesday night!!!!! They are the best!

They said my car might be done Friday afternoon but regardless they would call me with an update. Friday afternoon and no call. So I called and they said Monday 3 PM. Monday 3 PM and no call. So I call again and he says 6 PM. Not once did they apologize. Wrong timeline is bad enough but they failed to communicate with updates leaving me waiting. If a business forces the customer to call for updates, Then there is something seriously wrong.The Guy I was working with is Nate and he has horrible communication and fails to keep promises.

Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. The work done was excellent and done quickly. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

I had a great experience here. I was not here as the result of an accident or insurance claim. I was referred here by a classic car shop for some repaint work. Initially my project started to go south, since the part I ordered from an online shop came in wrong. I called Caliber and they helped me resolve the issue, helped me get the right part I needed, and even worked with me on the extra costs incurred by the wrong part being sent out from the online company. In the end, the part was replaced (rear bumper) and repainted beautifully. In the future I will not order parts online and trying to have them painted and installed, I will just bring the car to these guys and have them do everything for me.

Excellent customer service!!!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will only be coming here if I have any more insurance claims in the future.
