Shout out to Bath & Body Works! I waited for a large order that got messed up by delivery company, so I had to cancel the order. The company sent me a partial order-no cost! I did not ask for anything and it was a very frustrating experience but not because of Bath & Body. Holy moly what a great company! I feel the gal who talked to me cared, how rare is that? And to do something so nice. Everyone at the stores have always been nice and now this with the online order! I will be a forever customer!!!!

This is actually Bath & Body Works location suggested edit because name is coming up White Barn Candle Co. I was greeted at the door and given a bag to shop with, very friendly and helpful staff, most of them went out of their way to search for product I couldnt find but one associate didnt bother, just said all their products were out on tables while other 3 associates who looked for different products for me actually looked around and found almost everything I was looking for in the back or in other storage cabinets, wish I had gotten her name but it was day before Xmas eve. I was disappointed that they ran out of stock on the main thing I found & had to have which was a Midnight Blue Citrus Candle that they didnt have more of (we found one but me and my daughter were fighting over who gets it)in 3 wick candle or smaller size candle, hope they make this scent a body wash and perfume scent, we were only able to find it in room scent sprays & plug in oils that we also had to purchase plug for and these were very overpriced, plug was $7 scent $8.50 for just one, at that price I think I will email glade and suggest they make a similar scent thats more affordable. They dont even offer any discounts on multiple purchases on these products which was quite the let down since the candle that was on sale for $15.95 was the one product they were sold out of.

Went in to this store today to do a return. A manager came over and stated she only agreed to return 2 of my 3 items claiming one bottle to be only half full (which it wasnt...there was more). I told her that another managers actually have encouraged me to bring back any product Im not happy with at any time because at some point in time I used my hard earned money to buy it. I also expressed my frustration with how Bath and Body works return policy isnt consistent across the board as it should be! I shop many stores in the Phoenix area and have found that the manager decides what the policy is and that is UNACCEPTABLE! You are 1 company with 1 return policy in place....managers start being more professional and customer friendly and realize this isnt affecting your personal pocketbook! Does being difficult make you happy?? Is it worth losing customers over??

During quarantine, I ordered a couple candles that were damaged, and I put off returning them for 3 months, since I was busy homeschooling. Well, they were so polite and helpful and processed my exchange quickly and easily. They didn’t have the original scents, sadly, but my husband likes the ones I got for fall!I’m so happy you all are open and that you have the hand sanitizer in a pump!!!

The workers here are amazing. Super friendly and helpful. The one star is due to the fact that there has been 2 confirmed cases of COVID-19 of the workers at this location and the company is not shutting their doors to do a full sanitation. Take better care of your hard workers and customers.

Today myself and 30 or so other customers stood outside the doors waiting for the location to open. At around 10:55 an associate opening the store walked by everyone and let herself in. We all stood there anticipating another 5 minute wait in the Arizona heat for the store to open. After about ten mote minutes I decided to call and learned the hours posted online were not correct. The REAL problem here though is Caitlynn the associate who decided to walk right by all of us to let herself in.. would it have been that hard to let everyone know it was another hour before you opened?? Rude an inconsiderate employee and post your business hours on the door like a normal business.

They let her transfer from the Flagstaff store to the Gilbert Market place store until the end of August.They have awesome products for everyone!Very friendly family supported business that really cares for there employees and customers!

If you like fragrance, this is the place to go. Wall flowers, hand cream, scents and room spray. Great buys with coupons and discounts.

This is the nicest B&BW store I have been in, and I have been in a lot. The smell is amazing and I always find what I need and more.

I should own stock in this place by now. The only thing that would make the experience any better is to get some air in this place. Its hot! They have spot lights that will melt you if youre in there long enough. Put some fans in there.

Great products - love their essential oil line, lots of gift choices for the holidays but, be prepared to experience sensory overload. Shoppers, smells of every sort everywhere and gigantic screens behind the registers. I recommend sneaking in some coffee beans to sniff between samples!

Great experience: all three sales staff members were extremely helpful and so pleasant to deal with. Made our seasonal shopping trip so much easier. Highly recommend this shop--we will definitely be returning soon!

Candles were on sale and the employee (I believe her name was Celia or something like that- it started with a C) told me about deals going on and was able to get a coupon for money off my purchase by signing my email up. Good store, good stuff.

Go here if you don’t need any help shopping and then want to stand in line for 30 minutes to pay for what you find. Unbelievable! Had 2 people walking around the store with one at the register and a line of 8 people. When the first customer’s purchase took 5 minutes, I left my $60 purchase.

Alright so i wish i could give a 5 star because i love bath and body works it’s my favorite store... but there was a lady that kept staring at me and i was with a group of friends so i went over with them and we were in a corner and we were trying to look at perfumes and we grabbed the red ribbons and it said free on there so i grabbed it and put it on my wrist just because i was trying to be funny, so then she stares at me and i look over like 15 seconds later and yells at me saying “IM STILL WATCHING YOU” as if i was going to shoplift something, first of all don’t jump to conclusions and yell at a teenage kid like that was honestly really rude and when one of my friends went out she said, “there’s one out” like she was trying to make us look like we were shop lifting, i think it’s a misunderstanding but it was very messed up and her attitude was really not necessary at all. but other than that it does not make me stop loving bath and body works that’s why i rated it a 3 stars just because i always have good service but i just think this was very unessesary

The staff at the San Tan Village mall are amazing and always so helpful. The store is also well kept. The handsoaps and Wallflowers are my favorite.

Limited selection and the sales here do not compare to other locations. They did not ask got my email or phone number to make sure I get coupons.

I enjoy all the fresh sents and fragrances B&B offers. You can get a complete set of bady wash, lotion and body spray. And they are always having a buy 3 get 2 or some kind of other sale like it so you can certainly get what you need at a decent price. Maybe they will be out with perfume sprays next to help lock Im your scent for the day. 😉
