Matt, our salesman did a great job getting us choices of vehicles and the test drives were great. Vehicle choices great. Was very disappointed in the price not being truly listed on the vehicle we loved. We dont appreciate deceptive pricing. Post the real price.

My sons went in to buy a vehicle and there were two salesman who stereotyped my sons and talking amongst themselves saying they cant afford the car so they did not help them. Another sales women approached my sons and asked how are they going to afford the car? Asking someone how are they going to afford the car is very unethical and unprofessional. I would not do business again with this dealership the only reason why we bought a vehicle from here is because it was the vehicle my son wanted and was paid in cash. Now he has a issue with the vehicle he made an appoint with this dealership and they cancelled to the appointment twice. There was no sense of urgency or concern with their customers but yet still want the business and for us to comeback. They will not get our business in buying another vehicle, that was ruined with the three salespersons. This would not get any stars but I have to click at least one. Seems like we are not the only ones this was told too so obviously they did not take care of the issue (employees).

Because this is a part of auto nation we gave it a try at the Chevrolet dealer. Liked them and they did a great repair. Best of all they are not far (5 miles) Still our other 2 vehicles will get their service in Tempe Auto Nation (Toyota) where we bought them. I like that all the dealerships are grouped together. This way IF you are shopping for a vehicle you can see several in one afternoon.

Seems that no one employee enjoyed being at work which really kills the good atmosphere. Step it up guys. Your better than that .

They call me excessively despite me nicely telling him Im not longer interested in a car. One of the salespeople who called spoke to my husband and when we declined a car, the salesperson said, why? You cant afford it? Pressure sales, nagging and insults. That wont get me to buy anything from your business.

My car has been serviced pretty quickly, but they did not see my headlights were not functional. The waiting room is not too big, but with comfortable chairs and some small tables. Pop corn and beverages available to help while waiting.

Bought our 2020 Ford Escape Titanium there . Love it. Great staff. Love the car.

DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS DEALER!!!Would give five stars except for their rental car service. Quite literally they look for even the smallest reason to charge you a detail fee of $200. I could write an essay on my experience with this one department of this dealer but just take my word for it. Everything else about San Tan Ford is outstanding!!

I was met with a very cheerful man when I arrived for my appointment. Fresh coffee was available and I had my charger with me for my cell phone. Since I was prepared and brought my crochet, I expected to have no surprises - WRONG! The sweet gentleman offered to have my van washed!!! As a woman, I am not always comfortable in waiting areas - but this man did his BEST to make my experience comfortable!!! THANK YOU!!!

Great service but DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM Them... Got ripped off a second time for a $199.00 cleaning fee saying it smelled of smoke.. BS... Never smoked in or bear this time or last time....aftee arguing with rental manager she agreed to me paying half the usual fee this time... As far as Im concerned the dealer owes me $100 as the manager and others there look fie any reason literally to charge you a exorbitant fee for what costs them maybe $50 at most even if you are very very careful. This time she said she found dust from a cigarette in the center console... AGAIN, DONT RENT A CAR FROM THEM.. Enterprise and others in the same motor plex are just as cheap and value their rental customers..

Great selection of Dodge ram trucks, they got a nice hell cat Dodge Challenger there as well. Chad was very informative, polite, he definitely knows what hes talking about when it comes to trucks.

Grumpy people work here...why would I want to bother? Something here just isnt right. Went to Scottsdale Hyundai where they treated me with sincerity and kindness. San Tan Motor Plex kept BSing me that my repair would take at least a day, even though I made the appointment months in advance. Scottsdale did it in 90 mins with a few days notice and they were just as busy.

Hyundai is legit. 2nd hyundai in 16 years. First one lasted from 2004 -2019. Bought from same dealership when they were on AZ Ave. I keep going back because the values stay the same. Worst case, you test drive one and you dont like it. They have other options as well.

Went in for pick up of a spare key for my car. The gentleman, Alfred, was extremely helpful when the situation became a little more difficult than we had anticipated. My husband and I both felt that he did an excellent job with customer service and we plan to follow up to order more parts from him too!

The service was completed earlier than expected and the gentleman who took care of me was engaging, friendly and really made an effort to make a small transaction feel like a big deal. I appreciate the white glove service AND the help finding a company to assist with replacing our windshield.

On this particular visit, I was notified a part order had come in and was ready for pick up. I went to the parts counter and waited but no one was there not did anyone come. I sought out someone in the service department and asked if they could call someone to assist me which they did as I watched. I walked back around the corner and waited at the parts counter again for quite some time only for there still to be no one that came. Back to service asking for them to try again and the service guy walked with me to parts and got me some guy sitting in the office behind the parts desk. The office has a large window and if he would remove the large sticker on the left side of the window so he could see customers, he would be able to do a better job at servicing them. He finally came out at his convenience and apologized for the wait advising the employee who should have been there was on a smoke break. Very unprofessional.
