Fantastic experience, picked up a stereo and installed it and decided to pull the trigger on a sub and amp setup. I asked Ben what I would need and he helped me select a simple setup that would be adequate for my needs. I ran into a small issue upon completion of my install, where I spliced the remote power wire to the incorrect wire on my wiring harness, and upon calling Ben to see if I could possibly have it fixed, Ben tested my amp and told me exactly what to do to fix my issue. The install then worked flawlessly and I couldn’t be happier. I am glad I found out about his shop where I can expect quality service and assistance rather than deal with a nationwide company like best buy that couldn’t hold a candle to the experience I had at Quality Car Stereo. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Years ago I used to live in Gilbert but moved out of town. I now live in a rural area that doesnt have a good car stereo shop. Emailed Benjamin at Quality Car Stereo, whom promptly responded,. I kept the factory head unit, added an amp, Focal speakers and Kicker sub. When I was in town I dropped off the truck and work completed and back the next day. No drama! Great experience.

Had them hardwire a front and rear dash cam. I brought my own off of amazon and they didn’t try to sell me one of theirs. They placed them perfectly and the install was clean. They were quick and way cheaper than a**** express. Will definitely repeat with the wife’s car.

Had this crew install a 12V socket in my center console to help with the wire mess on my dash. They did excellent work. Properly sleeved the wiring and finished up with heat shrink. I had a new stereo system installed in my winnebago Veiw RV with Focal K2 speakers, Kenwood head unit, Kicker subwoofer and amps. It sounds amazing. They had a problem connecting the steering wheel controls and back up camera because of the way my RV was wired. They spent the whole next day solving the problems. Had Quality Car Stereo install my MTX Terminator sub and my MTX THUNDER500.1 amp and it sounds amazing. Great service, employees knew exactly what they were talking about and were very helpful. They answered all my questions and installed it in around 2.5 hours. No wires on the ground, placed my amp out of sight behind the subwoofer, and put my bass knob in a good location. Thanks to them I enjoy listening to music so much more and I will be coming back here with my cars in the future to get work done.

I’ll start things off and say I highly recommend this audio shop if you need a simple speaker install to a full stereo system install... They do it all! I went on a Saturday and they were the only shop open. I’m glad I stopped in. I brought 4 speakers and a Subwoofer in that needed to be installed that day. I went in with a fairly unique request. I wanted an amplifier installed in my new Nissan Leaf and some shops told me that they wont touch electric vehicles. These guys took the time to make sure it was done correctly and even though it took a bit longer than expected the price was more than fair. And now my little EV bumps right on down the road. Cant wait to go back in for the next upgrade!

Quality Car Stereo did a nice job with the installation of my new radio in my 2011 FJ Cruiser. They explained the options available to maintain my factory steering controls. I went with the most expensive simple because it put vehicle data like tire pressures, fuel, transmission temp, and other things right on the head unit. Very nice. They didnt trying to over sell me and did the install on short notice. I would recommend them if you dont want to DIY an installation. While I have done installs in the past the additional Maestro RR controller made me want to have someone else do it. Thank you gentlemen!

I went to a few of the high-rated stereo places around town, and liked this one the best. They did a great job improving my stereo sound on a budget. The guy here actually listened to what I wanted, and made suggestions, and wasnt pushy, unlike others.

Got 2 new front speakers to replace my stock ones. This was about 2 weeks ago, I wanted to give myself some time to judge the speakers. They sound WORSE than the manufacturer ones I had replaced. When I came in to set up my appointment the guy who set up my appointment didnt take any actual information so when I came in for the appointment the crew that was there didnt have any info. No one ever called saying my vehicle was done I just had to guess and when I got there the keys had been sitting. Cannot recommend this place to anyone and the issues I had I didnt even list them all. This comment is already too long.

I was looking for someone to add a Satellite Radio kit for my factory stereo in my Kia Sportage. We live near Roosevelt lake surrounded by mountains and AM/FM radio doesnt work well. The Kia has the Android Auto but since that works via your smartphone internet it doesnt work in the mountains and out in the country. I found Quality Car Stereo on the Vaistech website (who makes the kits). Chase was Great, he offered to order the kit for us, he called within 4 days to set up an appointment to install. The installers did a great job, no wires showing anywhere and finished within 2 hours! I now have Sirius XM in my car. Everyone we talked to at Quality Car were very knowledgeable and friendly. What a great experience, thank you all at Quality Car Stereo! Will definitely recommend you!

Originally I gave them 5 stars, however, this is my second trip back to them in two months. Last trip was a month ago. Their quality isnt as promised as the same reason I was there a month ago is the same reason Im back today and again I ask is this problem fixed or will I be back in another month and the month after that to fix the problems that should have been addressed the very first time after installing all new speakers in my truck.No offer of compensation as this is the second time Ive had to leave work for almost 2 hours without pay to fix this problem they couldve avoided the first or at most the second time. I understand that things happen but shouldve been assessed and corrected the second time to avoid loss of pay for me to come back and fix something that they already were paid to do right in the first place. I am seriously considering taking my next vehicle somewhere else for my audio needs.

I came in needing to replace some blown speakers on older Dodge Dakota. Told Chase what I wanted and he steered me to a quality set of new speakers and said he could get to work on it immediately. Shortly after looking at the work, Chase came back out and said he had a set of factory speakers that he just got from a recent custom job on a Chrysler vehicle. They happened to be in perfect condition, much newer than mine, and an exact match. He just did what made sense and saved me some $$$. I live right next to the plaza theyre in and drive past it every day. Back when I had my truck, I got sick of the stock system and decided to take it in to see what they had. I told them my budget and we found something that I liked! They explained the extra hardware I needed to integrate into the stock wiring and there was no upselling and no BS. On appointment day I dropped it off and came back and it was finished and sounded spectacular!The service was so good I had my dad bring his truck in this past year or so. Okay, first of all these guys dont really need another five star review from me, but theyre gonna get one because most five star places can sit back on being the only place in the city that has one. But when I called at 9am on a Monday morning, not sure if they could find time to fit me in on their busy schedule, they said come on down and I was in and out of there in an hour. They treated me like a valued customer even though I only needed a simple stereo install. They even made a recommendation to update a couple of rear speakers to fit my new stereo because the factory installed speakers from 2005 couldnt handle the bass. They didnt try to talk me into the biggest and best, but offered me the simple no nonsense choice that would be just what I needed. They really are true professionals.

Its been several years since I made my first purchase. I bought a pioneer deck and got the focal component set put in the front of my Corolla. I went went by three to four places trying to find the best deal as well as someone I felt that I could trust. Chase took the time to explain things and answer all of my many questions. None of the others stores including Best Buy, Sound Xpression, and a couple others took the time that Chase did. When I had an issue a couple years after purchase I didnt hesitate to return to Chase. He took care of the problem and so therefore Im back today to get the 6x9s out in the back. He even squeezed me in to accommodate my crazy schedule. Lifetime customer. 😀

I had a friend that recommended this shop for a new system in my 2011 Camaro and Im very happy with the results. Chase and Mike put in a 1000 watt Kicker amp, Kicker components front and rear and two 12 Focal subs in the back in custom boxes. After some tweaking and tuning I have a really great sound system now. Im now looking at getting a shiny new head unit to go with everything else:)
