I ordered a flocked 6 foot tree. When I arrived to pick it up, they bagged it very quickly and put it on top of the car. White dust came flying into the open windows of my car onto my family and got everywhere. After 30 seconds of driving down baseline, the tree started to pull of the side (string tie-down wasnt very tight) and the plastic wrapping was nearly blown off, taking the bottom portion of flocking with it.I turned around and drove 30 seconds back to the lot. I told them what happened and asked them to rebag it. After rebagging it, I drove the same distance and saw that the same problem had occurred. They did not wrap or seal the trunk bottom so that wind couldnt get inside the bagging. It stands no chance in these winds without that. I knew exactly what was happening because I have a very large panoramic sunroof that we all could watch it through.I had to pull over immediately. and tie it down with my own ratchet straps (thank God I always keep some) and I had to try to secure the bagging best I could with a moving blanket (thank God I always keep a couple in the back).I wasnt going to go back there again, they were swamped and I was frustrated. You pay a lot for these trees. I drove home 30 mph for 10 miles to make sure I didnt lose every drop of flocking on that tree. After putting it up, we had lost about a third of the flocking. Unpleasant experience overall.Tree itself was good quality. The selection was pretty good as well. Despite the lack, service was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient and the prices werent bad.

By far the biggest and the best Christmas trees in the mesa Gilbert area! They have such reasonable prices too! I highly recommend this place for your Christmas tree needs!

Great family atmosphere! Took the wife and 1.5 yr old and was greeted with smiles and assistance. This was my wife’s first real tree and she had lots of questions that were easily handled by our Army Vet salesman. Super nice man and easy/informative to deal with. Huge selection and competitive pricing throughout (we had visited 3 other locations). They even assisted us with loading and tying down the tree! The company supports charity’s and even has a Santa that visits on Fridays. We will be back for sure as it is officially family tradition!!!

Kids had fun, I had fun. So many pumpkins! The picture booth display was real cute. Everyone there is so nice and kid friendly which was a huge plus since I had 3 very energetic little boys running wild. I would highly reccomend this pumpkin patch and I look forward to shopping here for our Christmas tree soon!!

The staff was very helpful and friendly I received assistance right away. I went there to get a “enchanted tree” in a bright color. I was excited to try something different this year. When I got there the only colors available were red white and blue and none of the bright colors shown in the website. I ended up getting a white tree. Don’t get me wrong. They did a great job flocking but the bright colors shown on the website were not available.

We get a live tree here every year, and its one of the only spots where Im able to find Noble Firs, which are my favorite. The trees usually last well into January and were bummed to take them down because theyre still drinking water! However, this year our tree was crunchy and dead within a week and a half :( Im not sure if they forgot to cut a slice off the bottom or something, but this tree hasnt been drinking any water since the night we brought it home. Bummed.

This is our first year buying a fresh tree as we have always purchased artificial trees. We decided to shop early and buy closer to thanksgiving day to bring some joy to our home. We took home some tree nutrients to help our tree have a longer life and have been happy it’s stayed fresh 3 weeks in.

Oscar was great, he donated a tree to our family this Christmas. We really appreciated his act of kindness. It was a tremendous blessing.

They brought a tree out to my home that was an accident waiting to happen. We have a 2 year old grandson and the tree would barely standup. It was a 12’ tree with far too small of a stand. The slightest tug and the tree would fall. The owner should use stands that are large enough for the tree. I will be posting a video of how easily the tree could fall and injure someone shortly.

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought 3 trees and 1 of them only lasted 10 days before I had a small mountain of needles in my living room. I contacted them and everything was great until I had to deal with Oscar the manager per the advice I got in the email. He couldnt care less proceeded to basically tell me that this tree sheds and its likely not dead.I drove up there the first day to discuss it with him and was told to bring the tree back so I did and then I get this pushback give me a break. I am fully aware of how trees work, but not after 10 days when my other 2 are easily going to make it through Christmas. Not to mention this tree wouldnt absorb more than 1 cup of water per day after the 9th day. I asked to pick out another tree and was told I couldnt pick out a different type or pay the difference for a bigger tree which is absolutely ridiculous. His reasoning was that he couldnt sell the other tree. I chose another tree and he proceeded to set it next to my old tree to measure size, after telling me yellow tag was my size range. This tree had a yellow tag and it might have been 3 inches taller. The attitude was my problem as if this was the biggest inconvenience ever. I was nothing but respectful regardless of his attitude. So lets get to the real problem. My old tree was already on another stand in the lot ready to put back out for sale and filled with water. I assumed that he was only having it there to validate it was indeed dead and the height comparison. All would have been fine but I knew he was as shady as they come considering I sent my wife back up an hour later and she inquired about the tree and Oscar proceeded to tell her that it was $75. I know it was the same tree considering it hadnt moved from in front of the table where you check out. I thought you couldnt resell it Oscar. As I said completely shady and a con artist. I wouldnt be surprised if he told the company that it was dead and then pocketed the $75 somebody else is going to pay for it. I know if the company owner called Oscar he would lie but this is the real truth. I have nothing to gain here as I got my replacement tree and tipped the kids this time. I also had to pay another $5 to net the tree which is ridiculous but oh well I can deal with it. Every tree on the north side of the lot was lacking water and dying already. I only had 5 trees at the time to choose from because the rest were dead. The 5 to choose were mediocre but what choice did I have because they resell dead trees or at least Oscar does. Real Christmas spirit this guy. In a market and year where people need jobs it is insane to think this guy is stealing a job from a hard working person out there truly in need. I spent $300 after tip. By the way the tip went to the sales staff not the kids who helped put them in my car. I specifically asked the kids and they said only sales staff get that money. The sales staff did nothing I picked them out, all they did was take my money. Oscar is a useless manager and should be embarrassed. He has zero integrity and should be unemployed as quickly as possible so that another person who really needs a job can get an opportunity. If I had the time I would stand outside this lot and inform every single person to shop elsewhere but I dont. Sure there are 5 star ratings on here likely because it was Oscars day off or he remained in the back away from any customers. I hope this company takes this seriously and fires this guy immediately. He is ruining Christmas for other families who are unknowingly purchasing trees that were deemed dead.

We have 12 kids in our home and needed the perfect little tree that would fit in our budget. We took our kids to help pick out our tree. They were super nice and helpful. It was the easiest experience and there was no hassle. They have trees to fit all budgets. Cant wait to get our tree here next year! Our tree is beautiful and we have some happy and excited kids!

You could smell the trees as soon as we walked onto the lot. It was late but they let us in anyway to look around for our first real family Christmas tree! Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful the entire time. Helped tie it on to our car in the pouring rain after hours. Great group of people. Our girls will be so excited in the morning. Valley view Christmas trees has made our Christmas that much more special!!

This is place to go. Great beautiful trees, it was hard to choose cause they were all so nice. Great knowledgeable staff and good pricing. You won’t be disappointed. It’s awesome to have that fresh cut tree in the home.

Great spot for Christmas trees. I came here and end up leaving to check out a few other places. I ended up coming back because of the selection and the care they put into their trees. Trrees at other places were dry with needles coming off in handfuls. The trees here are protected from the sun and watered regularly. Quality trees great, helpful service. A++

We get our fresh Christmas tree here every year! Great selection! I walked in and said I want the best smelling tree here and they laughed and walked me through the lot, explaining strongest to weakest trees according to smell. Just like i asked! In October, its also the best place in town to get pumpkins! Picked up a few tonight and the owners gave me tips to keep them from rotting after carving!

These guys were fabulous! I am pretty particular about my Christmas trees - and these guys did all they could to help me. My husband and I always get about a 10ft tree and they did not have many that bid out on display yet. So they went into the back and specifically unwrapped some of their really big trees to find us just the right one! We will be back next year. Thanks guys for all the heavy lifting!!

Get your Christmas tree here!!! You will have the best experience! They have so many different kinds of trees it’s kind of hard to decide which one you want but with their help and your needs they help you find the best one for you! They even put three trees next to each other because i couldn’t decide! Santa comes at 6pm on fridays for the kids! They netted my tree and put it on top of my car all within 5 minutes! Excellent service and quality trees...I’ll be back next year!

They are super friendly and helpful the trees cost more than a big box store like homedepot but they seems fresher and the service is way better. They even took a picture of my family with the tree and gave us the trunk cutting to make an ornament with.

Amazing tree lot with a nice variety of trees to choose from! The staff is knowledgeable about the trees and super helpful! They even load it into or onto your vehicle after giving it a fresh cut on the bottom. On Fridays they have Santa there from 6-8pm and all donations go to a family they are supporting this year! All around great experience and suggest this to be your place to get a tree this year!
