This footlocker has the worst customer service especially Steven. Will not be back nor refer customers to this location. Customer satisfaction is the key to a successful business.

I come here to purchase shoes and apparel because they have stuff you cant just get anywhere else. Bought some shoes for my daughter, a Jordan t-shirt for me... They are a little pricey, because they have exclusive merchandise. Worth it.

Womens shoe selection was pathetic. Help was standing in the corner of the store talking and laughing and we had to go get them and ask for help. When we asked to see different sets of shoes they repeatedly said they were out of stock. The prices of the shoes were so high: you can find the same thing on line for 30% less without the supply issues or teen employee behavior. Sorry Footlocker, no longer impressed by service, selection or price.

Just went in to buy some air Jordan’s and the guy kicked me out for not having a mask. The mask mandates have been lifted in AZ. Foot locker needs to get on board! I’ll take my business elsewhere. Plenty of places I can drop hundreds of dollars on shoes that will gladly take my maskless money.

Huge selection and really friendly staff. You have to talk to Mason not only did he know his products,but he knew the back stories. I didnt even know some of the shoes actually had matching shirts that was on the shelves. The sales people are nice enough to answer your question that you have but not weird and pushy. The usually have all size, even for larger feet like mine, and if they only have one left it lets you know right on the price tag so you dont have to ask.

We visited Foot Locker today to get my 6 year old a new pair of shoes. The help we received was above par and he new what he was talking about when it came to wear and tear on a childs shoe and was able to point us to a tennis shoe that would be a better fit for our Athletic boy. We were in and out in a matter of 15 minutes, a small victory with a four year old in tow. There was another salesperson who was transferred from the lady foot locker that had closed in the same mall. I applaud Foot Locker for relocating their employees, a good one at that, rather then cutting them loose. Thank you for your service today, it was greatly appreciated!!!

Had my size shoe. But didnt have my brothers, we asked for size 12s. He picked 3 separate styles and they didnt have size 12. He walked out with nothing, I walked out with my size 12 on the first shoe I picked.

In the store for 15 minutes and was not asked if i needed a shoes take your money to champs across from them better deals and service
