Was charged for a duplicate order on Sept 13 called in the next day to correct, a male customer service rep said dont worry, hell take care if it. However, got a bill beginning of October, still with the duplicate order on there, called in again to get it rectified. Now billing department is saying I have to call customer service to let them know of duplicate order, which I did, spoke to a female this time, she said shell submit for correction on duplicate order. THEN I got a collections letter in the beginning of November which STILL had the duplicate order. Called in again into billing department, they said they cant do anything, and told me to call customer service again. I did that just now, but Im not holding my breath. This error has now been dragging on for 2 months. What this tells me is paragons internal communication is very poor, and needs major work. I run a busy practice, and Im very disappointed with the level of service. Will be looking into a different ortho k company to work with moving forward
Bad customer service. We ordered two pairs of CRT lenses. Its been a week, and we still havent received them. When we contacted them, instead of trying to fix the problem, they blamed us and Fedex. The manager, Doug, even snidely commented that we misinterpreted more than six things during our conversation. For starters, there is no misinterpreting being late on delivery of items. Dont try to hide behind your courier service. Its still your responsibility to make sure that the product that we ordered arrives to us in the proper amount of time. If it doesnt, then you need to fix the problem. Its basic customer service. This industry is very small. We will spread the word about how you treated us.

My sons left Paragon contact lens broke twice within two months. I was told that it is maybe because he did not handle the contact lens well, but his right contact lens is good all the time. I feel puzzled because obviously it is the same hands that handle both lens. I submitted an inquiry to Paragon, but no one has responded.
