Tried Twisted Sugar for the first time and was impressed with the cookies! The store was clean and staff wearing masks and gloves. Bought 6 cookies to sample a mix of flavors. They also have a variety of drinks but will have to try one next time.

Twisted Sugar is the BEST!!!! Literally not just the best cookies but the best dessert I have ever had!! So good and all the different types are equally as good. I always have to get the bakers dozen because I cant decide or just pick one. I went on Friday for a dozen+ and already got another dozen yesterday. Take your family, order for parties, dont walk run to Twisted Sugar! I know where I will order for my sons next birthday party. Thanks Twisted Sugar, keep up the amazing work!!

I have to say, I was expecting it to be way too sweet, but these cookies were perfect! I especially liked the key lime.

One of the few places that has gluten free cookies. They have also added prepackaged keto/gluten free/sugar free selections.

Got screwed out of $3. 1.85 each, fine, but they had little signs for 6 and 12. 12 was $25. Well on the way home I checked the math and 1.85 x 12 is 22.20. So about 24.50 with tax. The 12 for $25 and tax came to 26.95. So its cheaper than the posted deal. So I paid $3 more than if said I wanted 12. The deal came out to 2.08 a cookie instead of the posted 1.85. So why have the sign in the first place, besides to overcharge. As for the cookies. Chocolate chip was good enough. Imagine a cookie with a fat belly, thats what the choc chip look like. Havent tried sugar cookie yet.

Hands down BEST COOKIES weve ever ate!!!!! We literally took a bite of every single one! The cookies were so moist and you could definitely taste every flavor!!!!! My fav are the COOKIE OF THE MONTH and the SUGAR COOKIE. If your in Arizona THIS IS A MUST TRY! ((thank me later))

Let me just say, BEST COOKIES EVER! So impressed. I love that they give you the cookies chilled. And they gave us a surprise extra cookie to try! I have tried cookies from at least 10 different places. Cookies and cupcakes are my thing! Ive never had a terrible cookie, but I like my cookies doughy not cakey. You know what I mean and who I mean! 😉 And these cookies are priced appropriately, they are the same size and better than the $4/pc. cookies you will buy at other places! Give them a try.

Cookies are great! Best gluten free cookie Ive had! Service was great! I will also promote this business because they honor free choice of wearing a mask in their store, after the mask mandate was lifted. I greatly appreciate this, as they are respectful of the customers choice!

I have to be honest, my family loves this place but its not my favorite. The service was great, no complaints there. I can even overlook the prices but I just wasnt impressed, excited or whatever you want to call it about the cookies. Cant even tell you why, guess you will have to try them to see what you think.

Great cookies (Samoa and just a plain oatmeal chocolate chip are favorites) as well as some unique beverage combinations. The only negative is that the soda combinations dont have standard pricing that they go by the individual mixins so if youre trying to figure out how much you have to do the math in your head or at the register.

WOW, these cookies are top ten - forget the “other” cookie place that starts with a C! I live in Central PHX but was in Chandler for an appt and needed dessert for Book Club (thanks Google). Bought the dozen for $25 to get a variety. I cut them in half so everyone could try more than one flavor and everyone (7 of us) loved them; went back for seconds so I cut them into quarters. The Banana Cream was a hit, tastes just like the pie. We also loved the Cookie of the Month - Raspberry, plus the Salted Caramel, Key Lime, and the “Twisted” is a sugar cookie with Coconut frosting (so good!). I also got 3 of the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip (my fave) but they goofed and gave me plain oatmeal (no chocolate chips); still yummy. We looked up Twisted Sugar hoping to see a location near us but there is not one - maybe soon (hint hint)!

If your are into sugar then this is the place for you. Cookies are a little too sweet for me but I am not a sweets person normally. They make everything in house and if you want something specific they make I would order ahead or get there first thing. Service was friendly and not a wait at all. One star off because they were out a few selections and the cookies tasted more sweet then a usual which is purely subjective and others may actually like it that way. Also didnt try anyof the cakes but the examples (wedding cakes) looked good too.

If you have a sweet tooth twisted sugar is the fix!! Though they have probably a cookie for every taste I always thought they were missing somthing. But they fixed it with the new reeses peanut butter cup cookie!!! Please keep this thing year round!

This place is O to the M to the G!!! SO GOOD! Our family had been trying to find a dull whip place for years and we finally found one!!! This place has dull whip, cookies, special sodas and just goodness. I got my own kind which was strawberry lemonade and it was delicious!!! I would also recommend the pina colada👌👌👌

You have got to check this place out! Dont forget to check out their drinks also. The red dragon, the shimmy and the voodoo were all soooo good!

My husband LOVES chocolate crinkle cookies, but I hate making them. Brought some home from Twisted Sugar and totally pretended I had made them. Ha! That lasted all of one bite. He totally didnt believe me at all. But it was worth it These are so yummy and I never have to bake them again. Win/win.
