Poor service. My techs went to the Gilbert branch to pick up material at the will call counter and waited for over 25 minutes before anyone even acknowledge them. It took some 45 minutes to get product. Unacceptable. I point this out so hopefully the Gilbert branch makes adjustments and service will improve.
