Bruce is very honest and helpful. I brought my mom’s trike and thinking it was burnt motor Bruce diagnosed it for a fair fee and changed the fuse and voila it was up and running and put a smile on my moms face. Best of all he got it done the same day! Many thanks!

BRUCE is honestly a blessing. I just purchased a Grave Digger Power wheels for my daughters and it broke :( I went in and paid the $25 diagnostic fee and BRUCE fixed it at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Honestly a huge blessing to me and my family in these hard times. Im recommending him to everyone. I appreciate this mans honesty so much!

Have a 4 passenger GEM car and needed batteries. Called on a Saturday and Bruce worked me through the right size and right type. On Tuesday Dave showed up and how he got the old ones out and the new ones in is beyond me. Great service from both men. With outstanding customer service and terrific prices, they literally blew away the competition for me.I needed a solution for portable power, and Rick Dunham was knowledgeable and courteous while helping me find the answer. Additionally, he was extremely patient answering my questions and concerns. I felt very comfortable and was very impressed with him personally, and his company generally. He was not afraid to EARN a loyal customer, and I couldnt be happier. Highly recommended!

Great people. They carry all the stuff you need for a razor and peg perego ride on as well as fix them. Bruce is a great guy! You just need to get him a little warmed up and hes the coolest guy I know now. 👍

This is my 2nd review, in response to the owner finally responding to my prior one FIVE YEARS LATER. Unfortunately, the response was made up of poor excuses that dont even apply to the incident. If you notice, he is responding to all of these old reviews today. I guess someone finally explained to him that poor customer service will result in poor reviews that will ultimately negatively impact his business. How exactly would he happen to remember the details of all these situations years later?Nice attempt at cleaning up a tarnished reputation. A simple apology or acknowledgement that the situations were not handled appropriately would have worked better. As I said before...good luck.

We were restoring a old car for my son and had a very hard time locating the battery I needed so we decided to try Battery Giant, the owner Dave was very helpful, not only did they have it in stock, he even carried the battery out to my car for me. I also had my lap top battery replaced and they had to order it for me and it was a very fast turn around. I live in Ahwatukee which is quite far from this place and will be willing to drive over to Gilbert any time I need batteries, I highly recommend!

They have been servicing my Razor motorbikes for the past 3 years. They have always been extremely polite and accommodating. I usually work with Bruce (owner) as there has been a lot of turn over for that location with workers. Work with Bruce he knows his stuff.

Customer service personnel was pretty short and not real helpful. Granted I was looking for a special purpose, small rechargeable, battery and couldnt wait to order it online. Told the guy the basics of what I needed (the batteries they had were too large) and he said it is what it is the power is relative to size. Then proceeded to lecture about how by changing the chemistry to Lithium batteries will give me charging issues and can be a fire hazard. At a boy for the safety warning but ALL rechargeable batteries have these issues if not charged properly. Will just buy my $250.00 worth of batteries online where I helped myself find exactly what I needed in a shorter time than it took to drive to store. And yes, by changing the chemistry to Li Ion or LiPo you can get more power in a smaller size, just get an appropriate charger for battery type. In case an employee actually reads this.

I have been going to the battery giant for all my battery needs.. Customer service is outstanding and they are very helpful in helping me find exactly what I need. Every time I hear my friends say they need to get some batteries i always recommend this place!!!!

Terrible!Manager is a Dishonest Lying Thief!No less then 24 hours later, bought a gel battery for 180 plus bucks and it had bad cells and would not hold a charge on my power chair. Manager started arguing with me on the phone before I ever even got it back to the store, then when I arrived he told me it could not possibly be his battery bad, that I was doing or installing it wrong. after I informed him I had a degree in electro mechanical design and told him to put it on the load tester, he hooked it up and was covering up the meter dial with his fingers and when I asked him to remove his hand so I could see the dial better, which by the way was dropping almost into the red, he started yelling at me, and said the his load meter was now to hot to test it again! And said that because I installed in in my scooter for a whole 5 mins, that it was now used and that it was no longer returnable! Even though the receipt says you have up to 7 days to return it. Dont buy anything from this place, the batteries are bad and he will not refund your money!

I bought a lithium ion battery from these guys for my Ryobi power tools. The one I got didnt even last a year. I kept it inside and kept it charged every few months but 9 months after I bought it it wouldnt even last a few minutes in my blower. I bought the same name brand Ryobi battery for about 10 dollars more at home depot and it is still going strong. The name brand battery I bought is several months older. I wouldnt buy from these guys, You are better off with the ones you get from home depot.

Terrible customer service. Bought two batteries for a motorized wheel chair for my 88 year old Mom but before I could even install them, her Dr. said she doesnt have the mental or physical strength to operate one. I asked if I could return the batteries if they were not used and they did not work out and I was told yes. The sales person did not tell me I had only 7 days to return them - if they had, I would not have purchased them because there is no way I could try them that quickly. It has only been 3 weeks since the purchase and they have not even been used but they refuse to take them back. Will never shop there again!

Terrible. They ruined my $500 Wenger watch. They opened the watch to change the battery and lost the tiny internal chronometer push pins. They changed battery, reassembed, and never even bothered to test it. Wife brought it back and that is when I noticed it didnt work. Opened it myself and realized the utter incompetence! Not only were the pins missing but the seal was misaligned and damaged. No return calls and leaving VM. Now I have to spend time and money to repair watch. I am beyond upset.
