I recently went to All Things Embroidered to have our swim towels embroidered with my children’s names. Jenny was very helpful and the options were endless. I was very happy with the end result! While I was there I also picked up a bowl cozy that can be used to get hot plates and bowls out of the microwave. It is so clever and helpful! Especially when you have kids getting hot plates and bowls out of the microwave! I would definitely recommend All Things Embroidered to anyone who needs embroidery done. And while you’re there pick up a cozy!

Quality! Key word to describe this place. Our business has used their services since...well at least 5 years now. Any project we present, they work with us on and produce items we are proud to wear. Also, as an aside, I recently picked up a side item there (BOWL/PLATE COZY). This item gets used every day in my house. This is a must for cooking or reheating anything in the microwave. Get one and try it; you wont be sorry!

Friendly, helpful & quality products/embroidery for school uniforms. They were accommodating to hemming a shirt in minutes that came undone a few days prior. I had a turn around of a few days on a total of 5 shirts (2 different times too). Great people.

Ive had lots of experience with embroidery places, companies and service, and I have to say, the people at All Things Embroidered are the best. They wanted me to be completely happy with the final product, and discussed any potential problems and remedies with a custom design I approached them with. They worked with me through the process, and offered to test on one piece I had. We slightly altered the design to be a better, more visible design. I and my partners were very happy with the outcome, their service and price. We have since used their services on several occasions, since then, and I would go nowhere else. We even had a special order with glow-in-the-dark thread, that we were very happy with, and turned out to be great fun.I would highly recommend this embroidery company for all your custom embroidery and gift needs. I dropped my sons baseball hat off at 4:30pm the day before his game and they called by 10:30 the next morning to let me know I could come in to pick up his hat! The staff was super friendly and they did a great job! Very nice & speedy service! We will definitely return and also refer friends & family to this store!

I cant say enough good things about Jenny Oaks and the staff of All Things Embroidered. They are a joy to work with!I first went to Jenny in late September with a rush situation. I not only needed some shirts embroidered for a trade show, I needed the logo digitized for stitching. There was nobody else in the east valley that would even consider doing the work, based on my time schedule of approx. 3 days. Although the shop was obviously busy, Jenny took a lot of time with me discussing the logo requirements, changing the letter sizing, selecting the appropriate thread, etc. We went through several revisions, which she stitched out each time for me to review. Once we settled on the final image, the work was completed a day ahead of initial schedule. As if that was not enough terrific service, she refused any expediting or rush fee. I offered several times, as a business owner myself I know what it is like to drop everything you are doing for that customer who planned poorly, yet she declined.The work was perfect and I have already gone back to All Things Embroidered a second time. I have also recommended them several times to colleagues who have asked about embroidery services.Want to add that Jenny was recommended by another local embroidery shop. I happened to contact them first, they were unable to make my deadline but told me I should contact All Things Embroidered. I had some items embroidered about three years ago for a special occasion. I was very impressed with the quality of work and the wonderful customer service at this small shop. I would recommend anyone going here for any embroidery need. 5+ rating.

Had a bunch of jackets for work that needed patches on the shoulders and back. Also, we needed our names and a logo stitched into the front. Brought the Jackets here and when we got them back they were perfect. The Jackets came out great and the quality of work was very professional. Everyone else at our warehouse that didnt get one is jealous. We will be back again when we need more work.

We have had shirts and hats embroidered for our business. Jenny spent so much time with us making sure we had the best color selections. she is so patient and attentive to detail and delivers excellent work at a fair price.

I came to All Things Embroidered AZ very last minute, during the 4th of July holiday week. I needed to get a logo embroidered on a dash mat for a birthday gift. I emailed them around 6am and they promptly got back to me with a quote. They then had everything ready for me to look at when I got to their shop at 10am when they opened, and I had the finished product in my hands at 4pm the same day. I emailed one other company in the area, and they told me it would be over a week to even get to it. I am very impressed with how well run, and professional the people here are. This is probably the best customer service I have received at any business and to top it off the product they produced for me was exceptional and very well done, I would recommend them to anyone!

Very friendly place. Stopped in today for a smaller job and the staff helped me with smiles on their face. They helped me send the files they needed to complete my project and explained the process. Have not got my order done but I am sure it will reflect the same results as the friendly people.

Not too pleased here.Messaged them through FB on embroidery and instead of telling me on FB that they have backed up orders until Jan 8th they suggested I come in and talk about it. Couple days and 30min drive over, they tell me they’re backed up right away and have no wiggle room. I feel like they almost had an attitude of “I hope you don’t want to do it because we’re too busy to help you” type of deal.Little did they know - my 4 jackets I was bringing in had 40 more behind it for my company & reoccurring month over month orders.Rude service, inconvenient suggestions, and unfortunate outcome. Good luck to whomever owns this business.

Came in to see about getting a couple of my Golf Bags (Staff Bag Style) embroidered with a very cool font I had seen. The Disney font looks absolutely amazing on my staff bags. I dropped them off on Tuesday and got a call on Wednesday that they were done! When I dropped them off I figured they would be done on Friday. Under promised and over delivered! Way too go! I will definetely keep coming back to see Jenny and her business for all my needs.Im a manager for the PGA Tour Superstore and will definetely forward business her way whenever the opportunity presents itself.
