I came in to buy a full new set of pads and worked with Alex. Absolutely awesome customer service. He got me all the gear I needed, made sure it fit me, and answered all questions I had. Plus, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Seriously great customer service-I hope he gets some recognition for this! Will drive the half hour out here for that service again!

Great store!, 3 locations, everything you need for your ice hockey needs. I bought ice skates at the store and they made it very easy by providing great information about product styles and differences. They have most everything you need at this location but if you need something else they can get it from the two others large stores.

Fantastic customer service and the shop personnel was extremely knowledge. Helped me quickly get the gear I needed for a brand new playing 4 year old. Set me up with a perfect stick for myself as well. Definitely worth the drive from down south up to Gilbert. Ill be going there for all our hockey needs from here on out.

I dont know hockey or gear at all. But I was in need of finding some wheels. I called several stores with no help. Reached out to behind the mask and oh boy! The guys working here are knowledgeable as well as friendly. I was able to go in and get items needed. If you know your hockey stuff or not this is a great place to shop for things needed. Dont even mess with those other places.

Was expecting a small pro shop..NOPE! Gear from wall to wall, floor to ceiling.

The guys that work at this shop are outstanding. They know the equipment they sell, they take their jobs seriously, and they do the best they can for their customers. Im getting back into hockey after many years of being away, and Kevin, Davis and Garret really took care of me. I felt like I was being helped by a bunch of my friends - like I was family. Young or old, beginner or experienced, you will feel welcome and respected. I cant thank them enough for their help.

BTM has stepped up their game. Whatever I find online, I’ve been finding in their store at the same price and sizes. And the guys in Scottsdale are always helpful. Having moved here from the State of Hockey Minnesota, I’m impressed with these guys even if we do live in a desert!

The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. There is a good selection of hockey equipment available. The store is also well organized and neat. Overall, we had a great experience and will be returning customers for sure.

Used to live in the area, now far away :(Guys are always helpful and give input on products, but will also let you know if they havent had experience with a particular piece of gear (they dont blow smoke).Have always been happy with these stores for 6+ years.

My son has been playing Club ice hockey for 8 years and club roller hockey for the past 4 years. The staff at BTM are very knowledgeable about all the equipment and very helpful in finding what customers need. Hell, I even learned to skate/play hockey @ 47 yrs old and BTM outfitted me in my own gear --- that was 6 years ago and Im still using it all. Its nice to have a quality hockey shop in the desert to help us all pursue the awesome game of hockey ! Go Devils, Go Outcasts, Go Knights !
