A few months ago I decided it was time to purchase a SPA for my home as i have been dealing with sore backs and lack of sleep. The first place i stopped was Southwest Spas and Pools. They had a great selection and a knowledgeable and courteous staff. But I always shop around. I went to approx 20 different SPA retailers throughout the valley. Some had good selections, most didnt, especially in stock. Some had knowledgeable staff, most didnt, most were kids (or young adults) that were just learning and so I received a lot of misinformation regarding their SPAs. The more I researched the more I realized that Southwest Spas and Pools was the right company for me. So I went back and I purchased a Dimension Dream SPA. It was delivered and installed two days after I paid for it. The installers were on time and did a great job not only installing the spa, but educating me on using and maintaining it. I could not be happier with my decision to purchase from Southwest Spas and Pools. You will not be either!Update: Since I have been using my new Dimension SPA my back feels a ton better and I sleep like a baby!! Thanks again!!

Went to three other places and was turned off by dismissive staff. This place not only had staff that was eager to work, but they followed through. Got their executive got tub, and i got it installed 5 months before anyone else told us. The hot tub is amazing product is great, and their staff is attentive. This is the only place i would recommend going to!

We Love our 12ft SwimLife swim spa...use it everyday to exercise and relax. Melinda and Tom were great, also a shout out to Dean. We are a retired couple and needed something to get our butts off the couch, this swim spa did it for us. BTW Swimlife is a superior company for spas and swim spas. Super friendly staff. If you are looking for a hot tub, swim spa or accessories this is the place to go. The guy who does the install is great. He is quick cares about your property, perfectly on time and knows what he is doing.

We ended up ordering a 14ft swimfit lap pool. Looking forward to taking delivery of it and installation and late August or early September. Lisa is a fantastic sales person that is very knowledgeable about the products and can do a good on the spot comparison against other manufacturers to show that her product is superior!

Melinda and her team are too notch! They dont sell they consult, they offer perspectives... Most importantly they educate and provide a full service to clients and partnerships. They have a relaxed, no pressure showroom... Go visit just stop in or set up an appointment... its a beautiful facility, great people make it even better Im looking forward to seeing them again.

Tom called me back to answer a few questions I had about a swim spa and was short with me and as I am asking questions he told me he had an appointment and had to go. If you dont have more then 3 minutes why call someone back to answer questions at that time when you knew you had an appointment. You should wait tell you have time to call back and answer the questions. Not very good customer service.

What a FABULOUS experience! We have had the opportunity to work with Melinda over the last 15 years on continued service and repair on our existing Dimension One Spa. It is now time for a new one and we could not be more pleased with our choice! Melinda is just wonderful. She makes the process of purchasing a new spa effortless and stress free! When I first visited the store 4 years ago I purchased a preowned spa. I came back 2 years later and traded the spa in for a larger preowned spa to suit my family. Thanks to Melinda and staff for recommending water therapy in a dimension one swim spa I do not require back surgery. The spa allows me to exercise in the spa and has alleviated my lower back discomfort.The water temperature can be adjusted to fit ambient outdoor temperatures allowing me to exercise regularly . Further I can adjust the temperature to hot tub mode and soak. Best of both worlds. I found the swim spa extremely energy efficient with low SRP bills. Thanks to Melinda and staff I am back up to walking my dog three miles around my complex

We bought the Amore Bay - by far the most impressive hot tub Ive ever seen! Equipped with speakers, Bluetooth, soothing waterfalls, holds up to 9 people. My name is Sean and my ex wife Christina bought a Dupree Bay from Melinda and she treated us with absolute professionalism. I was able to keep the spa, but my ex wife pretty much got everything else. My new girlfriends love the Dupree Bay because its very cozy and therapeutic. To any romantic couple, I would recommend this model. We use it in the morning and after work. Walked inn to check out prices was greeted by a lady who asked me a couple questions but seemed to have prequalified me and said she was finishing another guest said ok no biggie I can wait. After 10 minutes another lady came to greet me again prequalified me I told her I had just spoke to other lady briefly she quickly flipped me back to other lady that was helping another customer at that point I felt like they where more interested in tag teaming lady that was there buying maybe they just thought I didn’t have money which I’m shopping for a spa for my new build! I felt like I wasn’t helped do to the way I looked and what I was driving, I may not spend my money on cars but sure do on houses and pools so thank you for your not so great hot potato customer service hope you ladies made a great commission on that one customer in the showroom I’ll invest my hard earn money elsewhere!!!
